Thoughtful professional service this weekend at Annetts (Hereford), which enabled us time to consider sofa purchase

We visited the store with a view to purchase a Stressless Chair, but not realising the differences and the different movements the chairs have. Thanks to Damian who was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the various chairs we felt confident to make a choice. A fabulous store, beautiful furniture only wish we had discovered it earlier.

Travelled from Worcester to visit Annetts and was greeted by Rob who told us we could wander around and call when we needed him.
We found a bed we liked and he explained it all clearly and precisely which enabled us to make our purchase.

Another super experience with what I regard as the best furniture store there is. Have purchased sofas, dining furniture and mattresses from Annetts over the years and, whenever we need something new, my wife and I will cast the net wide but always come back to Annetts. On this occasion, a refurbishment and room layout change meant that our two lounge sofas wouldn't quite work and a corner sofa was needed. We found the perfect fit,using a modular system, with the aid of Scott, who helped us enormously, from explaining the construction and sizing options through to loaning us a colour swatch folio overnight, so we could assure ourselves of the choice. Scott kept us informed of progress and delivery was spot on with that estimated. A couple of days after a convenient delivery date had been arranged, an issue at home meant I needed to move that date. Debbie was so helpful and there was absolutely no problem in rearranging its arrival. The delivery team were equally as professional and helpful. The sofa's desired position was confirmed and the guys made sure our hard floor was protected through the use of copious felt pads. Finally, once assembled and the electric recliners were tested, all the packaging was removed. Our new sofa is absolutely superb - just as the service from Annetts has been. Oh, and the two 10+ year old sofas we replaced, which were also purchased from Annetts - well, they are now in our son's and daughter-in-law's home looking as good as when they were new.

I have made several visits to Annetts in Hereford and bought mattresses and a three piece suite. I have always found the staff helpful, kind and patient. The quality of the goods is high quality in different price ranges and the staff are knowledgable about their products.

The staff at Annetts are always a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and friendly, as were the two young men who delivered my new sofa.

The service we received from Annetts was superb. Our first encounter was in the showroom; we were left to wander and when we had a question Scott Owen was on hand to answer all our questions. He guided us through the process of buying them, ordering samples and patiently waited while we chose the colourway and style of sofa. The sofas were delivered earlier than expected and they held on to them until we could take delivery. The delivery team were perfect for the job. We would not hesitate to buy from Annetts again.

We have purchased furniture at Annetts many times over the years. We just bought a new suite and Gareth was his usual friendly and efficient self.

Its a great store with top staff. We can once again highly recommend it.

We enjoy shopping at Annetts, a great range of products and no pressure selling, no constant sales talk here - if you need assistance you can request it, if not then you won't be engaged in meaningless conversation.

From choosing our new bed to its delivery and installation everything worked very well indeed. Rob in the showroom could not have been more helpful, and the care and attention shown by the delivery guys were first class. Excellent customer care skills all round.

Damian took great care with our decision process and then he was meticulous in ensuring that every detail of our order was exactly what we wanted.
Dan and Jason have just delivered them, and they were wonderfully careful about getting the sofas into our sitting room, and arranging them where we wanted them to go.
When we need more furniture for our home, we will be back.

Delivery staff are excellent, polite, punctual and very helpful.
