Annettes Fine Furniture was and Absolutely Fantastic Experience for my wife and I regarding our G plan sofa and chairs purchase.
We dealt with Harry Weaver through out the whole process and it was a real delight to have Harry dealing with our purchase. Harry kept us informed every step of the way from ordering to delivery schedule the whole entire process and not only that but what a really professional and lovely man Harry is.
So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Annetts Fine Furniture to any prospective customer as you will definitely experience a First Class Professional Service like we did. An Absolute pleasure to be a customer of yours and will definitely shop there again if we need more furniture etc in the future.

We bought a sofa and found the staff very pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

As we didn't know when our room would be ready for the sofa to be delivered, Annett's were very happy to store the sofa for us until it was. That made a big difference to us.

The delivery team were were careful bringing the sofa into our home and put sticky pads on the undersides of the feet to protect our LVT floor.

We are very pleased with our sofa and we intend going back to Annett in Hereford to look for a chair. We have recommended the store to a neighbour.

From the interaction in the store with Damian to the delivery with Dan and Clive first class and very professional the company should be very proud of these guys long may it continue Charlie and Lynda Thomas

Over the years I have bought many furniture items from Annette’s Fine Furniture in Hereford.
My latest buy was a Hypnos Back Care Delux mattress for my bed. Although it is a firm mattress it is super comfortable to sleep on.
I was served in the store by Rob Harris a very pleasant young man. Who explained fully the differences in the mattresses we looked at. Plus the aftercare of the purchase.
He kept me informed as to when the mattress would be in the store and discussed a suitable time and day for it to be delivered.
I would thoroughly recommend seeing Rob if you go to the store looking for new furniture.

Purchased several items for my new house in preparation for moving. Harry the sales manager was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful, definitely recommend having a look. I struck lucky as a couple of sofas I bought which I’d planned on buying had been reduced in the sale double bargain.

This is not the first time we have purchased furniture from Annetts store in Hereford and again it was a great experience, it is such a lovely store to visit with high quality furniture at competitive prices.
It is a super showroom and we were able to wander around at our leisure and Harry was available to answer any questions when needed.
Delivery time was as predicted and again the delivery team were very pleasant and a credit to Annetts.

Were keep inform all the way through from ordering to delivery. The delivery boys where more than helpful and very pleasant couldn't do enough. We are so pleased with with our purchase it has exceeded our expectation.

Very helpful staff in store, friendly but not at all ‘pushy’ Just nice to walk around with a greeting and then left to look at everything with no hassle. I needed a demonstration of a piece of furniture and it was no bother at all to the salesman. Also fantastic delivery chaps who set up my furniture and explained all about it. So polite and respectful of my property.

We have only just ordered our furniture and we have changed our minds about the range, fabric, colour probably four or five times in the space of one week. The staff could not have been more accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble. We felt so bad to keep changing our decisions, but every change has been greeted with openness and good humour. It is clear how important it is to Annetts’ staff that their customers are 100% happy with their final choices.

Having made several purchases over the years, we have always had first class service from Annetts. The sales staff are courteous, helpful and never put any pressure on the customer. The delivery team are exceptional, treating a person’s home with care and respect. Furniture arrives well protected and is installed speedily and with little fuss. Delivery staff always take their shoes off before entering the property, and do not leave until the customer is entirely happy. An excellent company which I thoroughly recommend.
