Every time I book a ride they cancel it. They keep saying either they have not enough cars or they are too busy .

Had the worst ride in my life with this company and I'll never use your service again. The app doesn't work properly there's a 5% discount when you book in the app, but when you claim, you they a higher price and the discount is already applied. Also if the price in the app is too low, they cancel the ride. I took 4 hours from Gatwick airport to my place, which usually is 2 as they don't give you correct instructions about where is the meeting point at the airport. They give you a price over the phone, but they charge you a higher price at the end. They only charge in cash and the driver never has change to give you back.

Driver arrived promptly & was courteous & friendly. Communication from Alfa cars by text was excellent. Very quick arrival at our destination

Really bad experience. Poor driver, poor behaviour and driver wanted to charge extra on the decided amount. Not happy

Booked a car for a 1 hour ride to the airport with 2 young children and requested 2 child seats, the car then arrived without any as the driver said they were too much of a hassle to comply with. Driver then proceeded to drive in an erratic manner causing the children to get upset, and when they became more vocal about their discomfort he turned the radio volume up to drown them out which just made them more anxious and stressed. All in all made for a very uncomfortable and stressful journey. Will not use again.

Terrible service. Taxi was booked at 2pm for 6.15pm the same evening. At 5.20pm, less than an hour before they were supposed to come, they left a message saying they couldn't make it because they hadn't any cars spare! I phoned then back and they said the same thing - pathetic. And then they had the cheek to send me a text saying 'We are sorry you had to cancel your booking' as if it was all my fault. AVOID!

Good driver, arrived pretty much on time. Dropped as arranged. Great service, will use again.

The driver came on time. Was very helpful and helped loading the luggage in the taxi. He was very polite.

System was down when I made the reservation so no confirmation, main office phone was also down but managed to get another branch & they confirmed the reservation.
Driver arrived 5 minutes early, SMS notification. Smooth drive to Heathrow Airport.

Never ever use this company! We had booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and 10min before they were to pick us up they cancelled the trip with no warning! They are awful!!!! AVOID

Ordered a cab told 10 minutes, 30 minutes later also told it would be 10 minutes, 15 minutes later also told it would be 3 minutes. Gave up after an hour!!
Appalling service.

Never returned the change, didn’t mention that when I was withdrawing the money - don’t appreciate this behaviour

A no-show! I booked about a week beforehand to go from a party to the train station but about an hour before they were due to collect me I got a confusing text saying I had cancelled so I rang and was told there were no drivers available for my journey. No apology and the person could not wait to hang up. I didn't get a chance to explain that I was a single female stranded in London at night, trying to get to the last train home!

I guess the relatively low fare should have alerted me to the potential for problems? The next taxi company I called charged double. Still, I will never try this company again!
