Our first transfer from the airport to the accommodation was an absolute disaster.!!!

Even though the company had been informed in advance about the number of passengers and the amount of luggage we had, they still sent a car that was far too small.

To make matters worse, the driver refused to come to the airport pick-up area because he didn't want to pay the parking fee. We had to insist and even told him that we would cover the parking cost ourselves before he finally agreed to come.

When he arrived, he still said he couldn't take us because the vehicle was too small. We had to show him our WhatsApp conversations with the company to prove that we had provided all the correct information. The driver also told us that he was only being paid **£49**, while the company had charged us **£155** for the transfer. Although this issue was between the company and the driver, we ended up having to pay the driver extra ourselves just to continue our journey.

The entire trip was extremely uncomfortable. The driver spent almost the whole journey complaining loudly about the company and the way he had been treated. Listening to his frustration throughout the journey was not something we expected after paying such a high price.

I must say, however, that **our return transfer was completely different**. It was comfortable, professional and exactly what we had expected.

My biggest advice to anyone considering this company is to **double-check every detail of your WhatsApp conversations**. They repeatedly made mistakes with the information we had already provided, and we had to send the same details over and over again.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, **I don't think I would use this company again, and I cannot recommend their service.**

We have used Sky Bridged Cars both from London to Southampton and back: we were 8 people and both drivers were on time, pleasant and helpful.
