As with everyone else's comments do not buy from this company. Ordered a mens medium sized shirt for myself which is my normal shirt size. Probably could of fitted into it when I was 12. My wife who is 5ft 2 can almost put it on. Also sent me the wrong colour. Same deal as everyone else who contacts for a return. Send to India at my own cost with a £15 restocking fee or keep shirt and receive a 10% refund. Absolute joke have contacted my bank to try and get a refund that way.

Do not even think about doing business with this company. If only I had read these reviews first but was reeled in by them using London in their name. Nothing whatsoever to do with London and in my case it was India. Everything other reviews have written is true. A complete and utter scam. You have been warned !

What a lying cheating company!
A complete sham and scam. Cheap poorly made garments wouldn’t even give to a charity shop, in fact they wouldn’t accept them.

It should be zero stars.
The products are the worst quality you could possibly encounter.
It is a complete scam, and don't even think of getting your money back via them. they just offer discounts on future orders, and when you demand money back they automatically take a fee and then give you an address in India or China and pf course the delivery charge is on you. What is the betting that if you did send the goods back they would just deny it arrived. Don't waste your time just go through your credit card company.
This scam operation is a professional set up and have set up other brands linked to Uk cities. Cambridge, Brighton and London are just 3 of their bogus locations I am aware of. Apparently they are based in Blackpool. and the Police fraud squad seem powerless to take them down

Don’t be fooled by London logo - On receipt the product was crumpled up and material was completely different to the one advertised. To return I have to cover the cost of postage but to add insult to injury they will then deduct £15 from original buying price. Not only that return address (surprise surprise) is in India so all things considered it would not be viable for me return. Can’t believe I’ve been duped by one of these sham companies yet again implying they’re based in London - more fool me🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered satin knit dress. Very poor quality. Tried to return item. Offered 10% discount and if you didn’t except then required to pay shipping plus £15 sorting fee per item. Disputed this as their website said 100% refund but would budge - stay away. This company is a scam. This is not a UK company and returns are to India.

This Company use EVRI ,the parcel was delivered ,God knows where ,the photo is of someones garden shed .They do not let you look at reviews nor answer anything .
EVRI are also hopeless .

My items never arrived, and I was given misleading tracking and delivery information. The company also gives the impression of being based in London, UK, which I have serious concerns about. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful, do your research, and think twice before ordering!

Basically scammed, punched a dress a size up, it arrived in a crumpled state tightlyvtapedxwhere the packaging had been damaged. I thought I'd try it anyway didn't fit, you get given a choice of having 10% refund with no return, or pay the postage to India and get charged £15 restocking fee. That'll teach me for panic buying and not reading reviews, Angel London is a very misleading name. I will NEVER buy from them again advise you not to

A scam- the 'Zara Wool jacket' was a cheap synthetic knock off. Despite promptly returning ( to an adress in India!! £36 postage!!!) They claimed they would impose a £15 restocking fee per item. Do NOT waste your money. This company's procedures are at best illegal.

Avoid ordering from here, you do not get what you have ordered. Order I received does not even closely resemble what I ordered. Also took over 3 weeks to arrive. Shocking service

If i could give zero i would. Ordered a dress but the one that came was nothing like what I ordered, was cheap tacky material and only good to use as a cloth. Have demanded a refund, have images of order and actual dress and if they try to charge me to return this piece of tat I will get my bank to do a charge back. Avoid like the plague. Masquerading as a london based company but clearly in China scamming people

This is a scam company. Do not use! Claims on website to have 100s of positive reviews on Trust pilot - it's a lie. The jacket I bought was a cheap knock-off from China, not Zara, not wool. I was offered a 10% discount, an exchange or a return to an address in India at my own expense with £15 restock fee deducted from the refund. I'm pursuing a dispute via my bank and will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Products come nothing like the picture then you have to pay returns packaging, postage ( to India) AND a restocking fee. Robbers

Clothing not fit for purpose, very poor quality and not as advertised.
Return process is none existent despite the claim on their website.
Not even a charity shop would accept the dress.

This is a totally misleading company.
Be warned … you cannot return anything to the supposedlyUK business. It maybe called Angel London, look it up it says Blackpool but they want you to return the item to India, pay proof of delivery, deduct £15.00 for re stocking fee and give me £4.00 i have been battling with them for a refund since 11th September 2026 on going. I have reported to my bank and to trading standards and now to Advertising Standards Authority.

This company is not real. They are a drop shipping company who scam you and then pretend to be genuine. I purchased an item at 16.02 and then cancelled my order immediately at 16.10, same day. I e-mailed to request an immediate refund in line with their own T&C's but was refused. If you read the reviews you'll see they are consistently terrible. They also trade under a number of different fraudulent name- just compare the adds on Google and you'll quickly learn to spot the exact same site with a different name.- all designed to steel your money. 1 point is too generous feedback - -10 woudl be more suited to the disgraceful scam they operate. Stay clear at all costs

This is a absolute scam, Its not in london, as i sadly found out, everything is coming from China, still haven't received mine, contacted them several times, response seems automated by AI.
It seems its using false advertisements, please dont waste your hard earned money buying from this company.
