Amazing service and a good jumper
After I purchased a jumper from Anfield Apparel, they sent it to me the day after. But after more than a week and a track and trace that was standing still, I called DHL and asked them about my package.
They told me that Anfield Apparel needed to start an investigation. I mailed Anfield Apparel and Aiden answered me that they were going to ask if DHL can start an investigation.
Nothing happened for a week, and I sent multiple e-mails to Anfield apparel, but it turned out that their responses didn't come through. When it did, Aiden told me that they had sent me a new jumper with fast delivery, to make sure it i on time before the holidays.
In short, amazing service and a good product.

Poor quality…
My son is not overly fussy but the quality of the Christmas jumper was really poor. The white print on the silent night jumper was pink and it looked really cheap. I contacted the company and they responded straight away and had no problem in refunding but I was just disappointed that I was left with posting & returning fees of £10 & nothing to show for it. Wouldn’t buy again

Hi Rob, I've just checked our email history and you messaged on 3 Sep 2024, at 1:08 pm, we responded at 01:13 PM letting you know your order had already been shipped so we couldn't cancel it at this point. I think there may be some sort of a mix up here as getting an email response in 5 minutes isn't exactly what I'd call slow!
