This was a PM visit with the usual friendly and efficient service by Anatune. Four stars rather than the usual five because a revisit was necessary to correct a fault not picked up in the service, although to be fair this was an unusual problem and possibly not something that would normally be checked during a PM service. An update to the latest version of Maestro during the service may be causing us some problems with our prep-sequences which may have to re-written which is somewhat inconvenient, but not really Anatune's fault.
Anatune's engineers are very knowledgeable and always willing to share this knowledge. I always learn something new during their visits.

A useful and informative session was given regarding the Gerstel MPS solution for FAMEs analysis. A one to one training session was arranged to facilitate my use of the software, as well as to familiarise myself with the hardware. A useful session which will help in setting up future automation workflows.
