We had a great session with Camilla. Her knowledge and understanding of the subject was great. Being able to understand our processes and data made for a very constructive 3 days.

Tony Mares - Engineer. Tony came to repair a software fault preventing a PC from communicating with an instrument. Tony was excellent in his approach calmly working through a number of potential sources to the problem before arriving at the solution. Instrument now back up and running.

Richard is brilliant, always very helpful and gives us training even though really I'm sure that's not in his job description. Thanks Richard and Anatune.

Simon McInulty of Anatune came to install a GC-FID system for us recently. All aspects of the job were undertaken effectivley and efficiently with excellent communication throughout. The job took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances and Simon rearranged his work to ensure he got us up and running as quickly as possible. An excellent service.

The instrument maintenance service we receive from Anatune has always been excellent.

Paul Robbins in particular is conscientious, knowledgeable and is always happy share his extensive experience of instrument maintenance and troubleshooting with us whenever he's on site.

Excellent service and customer support from Anatune. We had an issue with our GC and contacted one of the engineer around 4pm. We had an engineer the next day and there was no need to wait for parts.
All issues resolved the next day

its always a delight to have Paul Robbins on site. He is one of the best engineers on the Anatune team. I like how he works methodically and explains what he is doing and confirms thats what we want before performing the task very accurately. He is also a very friendly personality and its good to share a laugh with him.
