Laptop arrived on time well packaged. Was checking out similar laptops on other websites all charging more. So good price, good service and a satisfied daughter on her birthday :)

AN Electronics superb ordering experience.
I have never used this company before but they had the monitor available at a great price. Placed my order and within one day shipping notice was received, monitor was delivered 3 days later. Great service and super fast delivery superb customer experience. Thank you AN Electronics team it was a pleasure.

Thank you very much for your order.
This order was placed after our Christmas cut-off, which was on the 16th before 11 a.m. Our offices have also been closed since 24/12 and will reopen on 29/12. The TV left with the courier prior to Christmas, and we have contacted them and are currently waiting for an update on the delivery.

They don't care about the customer.
Delivery information is not accurate.
The impression is that the store doesn't have the products and buys from the distributor after we buy from them.
That would be the only explanation for taking so long to send the purchase. If we ask who will make the delivery they don't answer, they always say they are a partner.
It makes no difference to call or send an email or chat. They are very nice, but they don't send the product, buy it, knowing that it may take 1 month to arrive, maybe more.

Brilliant service, quick and easy
I was speaking to Jo and he always responded very quickly and with the information i needed. Parcel came within 5 days, brilliant service. Will definitely buy again and definitely recommend.

The worst company ever
I have ordered a laptop and most of had it in 3 days it took 3 weeks for the shipping company the AN electronics to call everyday and say tomorrow or till end of week till i got a Call from AN electronics on the 4th week and said we will reship another laptop and you will have it by two days max friday could take till monday been 2 Mondays still haven’t received it. I raised a complaint to klarna hoping i will get a refund as I already bought one from HP I don’t advice anyone to buy from here unless you want a headache

Your order was dispatched with a 2-day UPS label, but unfortunately, the parcel became stuck in their warehouse, which caused the delay. As we received updates from UPS, we passed them on to you, but we completely understand that this still resulted in a much longer wait than expected.
The parcel has since been delivered, and we've sent you the UPS proof of delivery by email. We understand your disappointment and apologise that the process ended up being drawn out and stressful.
