Our apologies for the inconvenience caused with your order.
The order was shipped within 2 business days from the time it was placed and sent on a 1–2 day delivery service. We’ve contacted the courier, and they’ve confirmed that delivery was attempted six times, but unfortunately, no one was available to receive the package on those occasions.
As discussed over the phone, we’ve arranged for the order to be rerouted back to us. We can confirm that we have initiated the refund for this order.

Great customer service
First time buying with AN Electronics and found their customer service to be excellent. I emailed in a query and received a call the same day. Also received a follow up call the next day. Will be buying from them again.
