AMS came through when others couldn't!

Having used another broker who failed to secure a mortgage despite being open and transparent, from a simple Google search found AMS and spoke with Luke who found me a well priced mortgage on the first attempt. The support team (Claire & Shanita) at AMS have also been brilliant keeping me up to date answering my random questions, despite them having to move offices part way through. Would highly recommend AMS

We very pleased and satisfied with service provided throughout
The team were fantastic

AMS were a pleasure to deal with start to finish.
I approached them due to First Direct letting me down majorly. AMS were able to advise, assist and effectively saved my house purchase entirely.
They were able to assist in getting a full mortgage offer, under difficult circumstances, and managed to find me a competitive rate on it too.
Very professional, responsive, reassuring, good at dealing with the underwriters and keen eye to detail too.
I’d recommend them to anybody.

Good communication and service

Luke, Claire and Shanita have all been amazing. We accrued a lot of debt from our house renovation and wanted to remortgage to pull out equity to clear it. We struggled directly with the main banks and had a terrible experience with another broker. I can honestly say the customer service at ams has been brilliant. Great communication and they have worked quickly to get us remortgaged before Christmas. I would highly recommend!

Not a straightforward conveyancing process with a few curved balls thrown during the process by others.

AMS Mortgages were very professional throughout and delivered eveything as promised on time, in full and most importantly on budget. Always felt in safe hands with AMS

We’ve recently completed on a mortgage through AMS and couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. Luke was really helpful, he advised us the best route to take and when we were handed over to Claire and Shanita we were blown away by their customer service. They really went above and beyond to help us secure what we needed in a really tricky circumstance.
We couldn’t be more grateful and will definitely use AMS again when we are due for renewal.

Thank you guys :-)

Obtaining my mortgage was extremely stressful as been going through a lot of financial difficulty. However, David, Connor and Claire really took my and guided me step by step. I never had to chase for an update and was kept well informed and contacted at all times. I would surely recommend their services. Could not have been more happier to see my mortgage offer being issued with ease despite my poor financial condition.

They are quick, friendly, and professional in their approach. I really appreciated there assistance and would use them again.

Really supportive broker. My situation was quite unique and they worked hard to put an offer together. Would definitely recommend.

SHanita and Luke, and all the people who assisted me were always courteous, helpful and empathetic throughout the entirety of the mortgage process.

I have used AMS (Access Mortgage Solutions) for several years, both for mortgages and remortgages, and their service has always been outstanding. The team is incredibly supportive and helpful, guiding me through every step of the process and keeping me informed throughout the journey.

Recently, I had to remortgage two properties, and while there were a couple of minor hiccups on the first property, these were trivial in the grand scheme of things compared to the excellent service Luke and the team have consistently provided. It’s important to mention that despite these small bumps, the overall experience was fantastic, particularly with the remortgage that has just been completed.

From the moment we decided to proceed, Luke conducted a thorough analysis and suggested a product transfer, which turned out to be the best option. To our amazement, the entire process was completed in less than two days! The speed and efficiency of this outcome were incredible.

I highly recommend AMS to anyone seeking mortgage solutions. Their expertise and dedication truly make a difference.

We can't thank the staff at AMS Mortgages enough for their incredible support in helping us secure our mortgage. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and always available when we needed them. Even when we were feeling stressed and ready to give up, they kept things on track and reassured us throughout the process. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth mortgage experience!

After being rejected from a high street lender , Luke secured us an offer within a week. I read some reviews of AMS, and was a little sceptical that the company would be out to charge me sky high fees and tie me into costly agreements. This was not the case. Shanita, his colleague was diligent in pressing us to getting all our documents submitted in a timely manner. In all honesty Luke was our last chance saloon,Well done guys and thanks again !!!

Very helpful highly competent service with great communication. Quick and efficient.

AMS mortgages have been amazing from start to finish. We went to them as an accidental missed mortgage payment had knocked my credit rating. We had found our dream home, and were terrified we would now lose it. I was reassured and talked through the process, and ended up with a deal from one of the main high street lenders. Can’t tell you the relief!
Luke was brilliant at explaining and sorting the deal, Claire brilliant for her reassurance and support.
I can’t talk more highly of them, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Where do I start what a fantastic company AMS are. There staff are so polite and really helpful I mean really helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. I dealt with shanita mostly who is fantastic and so caring and genuine but also luke and clare and everybody else just give there all for you. I will be recommending AMS to anybody who struggled to get a mortgage. Thank you AMS we really couldn't have done it without you.

I contacted the company and spoke with Luke Taylor, haven't dealt with him last year when completing a mortgage.

There is a lack of communication and you have to be chasing up on the status of an application. Last year I was provided incorrect information and had to chase up Luke to provide me correct information on fees and what the status of my application was on multiple times.

Recently I contacted the Luke again for another mortgage and again lack of communication and incorrect information was supplied by the lender, obviously lesson were not learnt from last year.

I spoke with his manager David McCrum who I found to be very abrupt and was more about masking over the upset I had and getting the work done.

They both could learn better how to listen to the customers and show some consideration on the customers needs. They both seem not interested when a client is upset regarding incorrect information been passed on or being accused of something that isn't true.

I felt that I could no longer use them has a broker and I have gone else. Beware of the the two staff I have mentioned.

We reached out to AMS mortgages for support in obtaining our first mortgage. Luke was exceptional in obtaining us a mortgage in principle within an hour and was in constant communication with us throughout for guidance and support.

Claire then took over and seen us through until the official mortgage offer. Claire was fantastic in keeping us updated on every step of the process.

I can't thank AMS enough for a smooth transition into becoming a home owner and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.

Where do I start with my review! From start to finish AMS provided me with fantastic support and knowledge regarding my tricky mortgage application! Luke was brilliant in every way, he kept regular contact with me through the entire process and I was never left in the dark. Every hurdle was handled professionally and efficiently and I couldn’t have asked for more! They even followed up with a courtesy call to ask how our new house was. Really fantastic service and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Luke and the team
