I purchased a Small Dogtooth Check Yorkshire Tweed Tote. Lovely little bag but it had a tag attached saying it was a Harris Tweed, which is not true because it didn’t have a sewn on badge. I have emai... Leggi di più

Excellent personalised service
Very pleasant, personalised service (a message from Amilu tucked in with my order). Unfortunately I had misread the sizing of my belt and had to ask them to shorten it, which they did and got it back to me very speedily.

Stylish straw bag
As mother of the bride I wanted a discreet little bag for the occasion. I found just that at Amilu. The theme of the wedding was a Suffolk country one and I wanted a bag that reflected natural material. The little cream straw style did just that. Thank you.

The personal message made it all !
I have bought a clutch as a present for a friend . It arrived in perfect time, great communication about the delivery . It was really nicely wrapped although the paper is a bit plain comparing to the beauty and quality of the clutch . Most of all , I loved the hand written message which made it very personal . They have definitively got me as a new customer . Thank you

Beautiful bag very happy
Beautiful bag very happy . As it was a gift for a special birthday would have been nice if it was in a prettier box for given as a gift for the price if it.

Hi Nicola, Glad you loved the bag. Point taken about the box, but we had no idea it was for a birthday present and it is always a really fine line between making it look pretty and over paying on the wrapping. A lot of out customers rate value for money as very important , however we are hoping to introduce gift wrapping in the next year or so ........ so watch this space

User friendly web site
User friendly web site, timely delivery as promised, delighted with bag. Exceptional value for money, quality comparable with item my daughter purchased from another renowned English company but considerably more expensive.

Great to hear. Quite a few of our bags are made by small artisan companies who make for some much bigger brands but we're more of an undiscovered brand so cannot charge their prices, but actually we quite like it that way. We have a lovely relationship with pretty much all our customers and it means a lot to us and hopefully them. Thanks for the lovely review
Fast international shipping.
Surprisingly fast international shipping. Less than a week from order till I received my handbag. Which by the way, is much more spacious inside than I expected.

Bag arrived on time and exactly like the description (which I wish I had read carefully) as there are no internal zipped pockets for valuables etc..on my tote bag, but my fault for not reading! However, the service, I cannot knock, and my bag looks great. Will shop Amilu again without hesitation.

Thanks Jo, We always try and do a mix of interiors in our bags. Sadly no 2 women ever think alike when it comes to the perfect handbag configuration! I think there might have been just 1 side pocket inside , but understand where you are coming from. We review pour handbag interiors regularly and if ever you are in doubt just ask us to send an additional photo
