I purchased a Small Dogtooth Check Yorkshire Tweed Tote. Lovely little bag but it had a tag attached saying it was a Harris Tweed, which is not true because it didn’t have a sewn on badge. I have emai... Leggi di più

Beautiful bag, great customer service
My new Amilu bag is beautiful, practical and very high quality. The price is competitive. It was packed very well, with care and attention, and was delivered by Royal Mail. Additionally, the email updates from the company and the kind personal message inside the box made me feel valued as a customer and a bit nostalgic of the good old days before we were just numbers for the global corporations.

I must admit I first saw this bag on a video and insta with Freddy Brown Cousins.
It caught my eye right away. I live in the US so shipping was $$ but i thought the bag would be worth the price.
Love my new bag. I ordered the lighter trim which apears somewhat darker then I imagined.
You open the package ( that arrived in perfect condition).....and you can smell the leather. Very pretty ,large bag ,nicely made. Lined in a fabric but not a flimsy plasticy one that many bags are. Lovely for the price. Looking at the green croc very seriously

Risposta di Amilu Handbags
Hi Sherry, Many apologies , We thought you had ordered as a result of an email we had sent out to people who had expressed an interest in this bag. In the email was explained that they were welcome or order the bag at an introductory price of £99 ( rather than £120) but that it would not be dispatched until week commencing 9th September. We were unaware that all these people who ordered then received an automated email to say they would receive their bag in 2-4 days. We have already just received the bags and will be sending the out this week and next. I totally understand if would prefer to cancel your order and receive a refund . Can you just let us know tomorrow if this is the case. Many apologies once again.
Nice bag however...
Overall, I love the bag, but with a bit of tweaking it could have been a 5 star bag. Lovely soft leather, however the leather straps aren't stained on the underside, which would of finished it off beautifully and also the metal zip inside on the side pocket was ripped creating a sharp point which can sctrach you.. However on the whole its a good looking bag and reasonable quality for the price. Prompt delivery too...x
