DO NOT ORDER HERE. This is not a Melbourne company. The merchandise I ordered came from the UK. They used a courier service (iMile), which when I researched I found had the worst reviews. The courier left the package out in the open and it was stolen. I realize this is not AMI's fault, but they could have used a better courier service. I have been trying for several weeks to contact AMI support via email and the chat on their website and have essentially been ghosted. I also tried to contact the courier service via their email and received only one message about an investigation being launched. However, it has been several weeks and I have had asked for a response and again I have been essentially ghosted.

Terrible quality, cheap fabric, sizing completely wrong, colour completely different from what was sold on the website. The seams so badly done. It took 4 weeks to be delivered. The worst product I have ever purchased online. I will never buy anything from these people again. Don't waste your time or money looking at their products.

If I could give no rating I would. This is a complete scam. I paid $79.99 for a jacket and my order disappeared along with my money. I keep getting emails asking me to complete the order and offering a discounted price.
They’ve apparently “re sent” tracking details (they sent none in the first place and I still haven’t received any) and a promise of delivery in 7 to 10 days. Still waiting weeks later.
Stay away from these scammers.

Horrible quality, item not as described, small in sizes. Phone number does not work. I emailed support to return items for a refund and was informed I would have to pay for shipping to China (cost of which would outweigh the refund). Refund policy is not as stated on the website. Absolute scam, do not buy.

You don't get what you order. On the website it seems like a legit Australian business, but it's just a Chinese low quality shop. I'm usually aware when I order online, but since the website was so legit, I got fooled.

I still haven’t received my order after 4 weeks but have managed to do some research in the mean time . I saw a posting on Reddit regarding AMI Melbournes stock being available on Temu.
I thought I’d check this out for myself.
Sure enough , all my items were all available on Temu for a fraction of the price that I paid.
What a scam!
If I wanted cheap crap from Temu , I would have shopped there in the first place .
Disappointing that I’ve paid a premium price for cheap Chinese made rubbish .
Very deceitful behaviour .
What I can gather is it’s nothing more than a drop shipping company based in the UK not even based in Melbourne

Byers beware! This is Chinese scam business selling to Australian consumers at Australian consumer prices. What you get is incredibly nasty and cheap. Attempting to get a refund, impossible. They say that they offer 30 day refunds, but don't actually refund your money. The garment received does not comply with Australian laws.

Low quality products with no apparent real connection to Melbourne/Australia. I've ordered one product (DALIA - Winter jacket) that looked amazing on the picture, got two that looked quite horrible. Ended up donating them as returns to be made to China. They've refunded one, though, thanks...
