Akribische Prüfung der erstellten Unterlagen unabdingbar ß
Dies ist das 5. Jahr in Folge für ein Tax Return, diesmal endlich EXIT TAX…. Der Kunde ist bekannt aus den Vorjahren, Student, ledig, ein kleines Einkommen, keine sonstigen Erträge, keine Vermögenswerte…. Einfach, oder ? Leider wurde von Anbeginn schlampig gearbeitet, ALLE Unterlagen waren ordnungsgemäß (nicht wie versehentlich angenommen Mai) sondern im Juni eingereicht, nach 5 In Worten FÜNF mal übermittelten falschen oder unvollständigen Unterlagen stand die finale Version am 14. OKTOBER…was ein unnötiges, nervenaufreibendes Chaos - entweder man ist selber Experte und kann Korrektur lesen oder ist einem solchen Chaos hilflos ausgeliefert - die Rechnung an den Kunden kam sehr schnell

Fijn om te horen dat het invullen van het dossier via onze Tax Organizer zo gemakkelijk verloopt en dat de instructies duidelijk zijn. We hebben de Tax Organizer juist ontwikkeld om het proces zo overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk mogelijk te maken.
Ook goed om te lezen dat u ons telefonische contact als vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht heeft ervaren — daar doen we het voor!

I didn't have a good experience trying to be a new customer
I spoke with Anouk, who cleared up some miscommunication that occurred during my original intake with another person at the company. They reached out to better understand what occurred during my original intake call.
We discussed the quote, fees, and the down payment that I could not find on the website, and was only told to during the intake call. They told me that they will speak to the company about this because I felt like these were “hidden” fees sprung upon me that I would have liked to know about upfront. The fees are 35 euros if IRS contacts due to a tax issue, etc, then you do have to pay for them to read a document, email, etc. The down payment is 150 euros.
I also expressed that I found them to use a sales scare tactic, which I was not happy with, where they talked highly of themselves and spoke about other tax companies. I did not like hearing this and being told that if I cared about my taxes being done right, I should come to them as they are competent and reliable, both of which I find as a prerequisite in this profession, handling government documents and private customer information.
I have updated my review based on the care that Anouk had with me, but I would like others to know about the down payment and fees that I was only told about during the intake.

Makkelijk en snel
Ik ben tachtig jaar oud en vind het moeilijk om een belasting formulier in te vullen. De forms zijn heel makkelijk en duidelijk en de vragen dat ik had waren gelijk beantwoord en alles goed uitgelegd op een begrijpelijke en aardig manier. De grootste stress is weggenomen. Ik vind de kosten aan de hoge kant Maarheeze is toch een opluchting dat mijn aangifte is goed en snel gedaan.
