Zeer kundige en plezierige medewerker!
Heel fijn gesprek gehad met een zeer kundige medewerker van Americans Overseas over hoe wij de IRS belastingplicht van onze zoon met een Amerikaans (en Nederlands) paspoort vorm moeten gaan geven nu hij 18 jaar is geworden.
De medewerkster nam alle tijd om alles uit te leggen en onze vragen te beantwoorden.
Zij wist erg veen van dit ingewikkelde onderwerp.
En hoewel het duidelijk was dat de firma graag de IRS aangifte van onze zoon zou willen doen, indien dit van toepassing wordt, was zij helemaal niet pushy om de services te 'verkopen'.
Echt zeer fijn geholpen!!

J’ai pu déclarer sans soucis et avec de l’aide si besoin. Plus cher que ses concurrents, notamment quand il faut déclarer une absence de revenus.

Ich hatte ein telefonisches Beratungsgespräch mit Overseas und bin rundum zufrieden.
Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, alle meine Fragen ausführlich und verständlich zu beantworten.
Besonders positiv fand ich, dass sie sich im Nachhinein sogar noch einmal gemeldet hat, um nachzufragen, ob noch weitere Fragen offen sind.
Während des gesamten Gesprächs hatte ich nie das Gefühl, zu irgendetwas gedrängt zu werden. Stattdessen wurden mir verschiedene Möglichkeiten und Angebote aufgezeigt, die ich ganz in Ruhe annehmen oder ablehnen konnte.
Das Beratungsgespräch war zudem kostenlos.
Ich habe mich sehr gut gefühlt und würde die Unterstützung von Overseas jederzeit wieder in Anspruch nehmen. Klare Empfehlung!

Excellent service for several years
I have been using Americans Overseas since 2022 and have always been very pleased with their services. Their team is consistently helpful, responsive, and willing to discuss questions by telephone, which provides a level of personal assistance that is increasingly rare.
For the past few years, I have worked mainly with Marinke. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and at the same time very friendly and approachable.
I also appreciate the recent improvements to their platform. The updated system is much easier to use and makes completing the required documents a matter of minutes.
