Yeah, I got scammed. Seeds in unmarked bags that say 'friend you can know the name of each seed by the number'. I ordered Nicotiana, which I've planted before...the seeds they sent me look like crushed red pepper flakes.

I put in an order a month ago and it is still sitting in China, "waiting for the carrier to pick it up." I got so tired of waiting I ordered from SeedvilleUSA and got the order the next week.

Should have come here and read the reviews before I ordered. Luckily I only ordered a few packs. Still don't have them. Now I need to find replacements.

They advertise being American Seed Store. They ship from China. Didnt see it until I researched. SCAM.

Took a month to send seeds! I still do not have them.
Seeds come from China not U.S. or Canada. Do not buy!

One of the five things I ordered had a hole in the seed bag and they were spilled out all over... very tiny seeds.
I have literally spent way too much time on trying to get this one thing replaced. I think it's possibly a bot responding to the messages, and they are not really reading what the ask is. Literally, message after message I've explained thoroughly what I received and what I need replaced and the message that comes back has nothing to do with responding to my problem.

This company sells plants that do not exist. They use AI generated images of nonexistent plants.

The name would have you believe its AMERICAN. However, these shipped from China. I havent received them yet, but would never have ordered if I knew this. it shouldnt be allowed to call yourself an american company when you are not..

Advertising deep true blue roses for sale... ther is no such plant! Showing pictures of these roses growing 3 or 5 together in a garden. Roses are not gentically engineerd to produce this color unless they are dyed in a florist. They also sell rose seeds you cannot predict what color a rose seed will give you if it germinates at all quite often you get 4 petals if it survives till blooming many rose seed have die off.

The is NOT an American company. Based in Canada and seeds come from CHINA! I purchased potato seeds and very few germinated and the ones that did were NOT Potato plants! They refused to provide a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

These are not seeds from the US. They are from China and very obviously not the seed I ordered. I will not be planting these and have to burn them to avoid being an invasive species we don’t want here

"American" Seed Store is a misnomer. Seeds ship from
Yanwen, China. Order placed in May 2024, first ship notice 7-16-2024 (Yanwen), Last entry 8-1-2024 Waiting for item (GEORGIA,US). Customer service was AI which did nothing, but did offer a link to enter CC information to pay $5 for a human agent. While the order amount was not debilitating-the thing about being scammed was very souring. Order elsewhere.

This company is NOT in American.
Fake store out of China takes your money and never delivers.

Ordered four different pumpkin seeds (orange, blue, white & black) and beans.

Didn't realize the seeds were coming from China. First round of shipping took forever and didn't receive the black pumpkin seeds. They said they'd reship them (never received them) or the beans.

Pumpkin seeds I did received are NOT pumpkins. They're gourd shaped Summer Squash.

Definitely not ordering from here again.

I placed an order with this company in beginning of July - it's now August 30 and no seeds - shipping to very slow boat from china. Will never order from them again. Always an excuse for why delivery to slow. Buyer beware

Company is named American Seed Store and lists a business address in Califoria and Canada. Their about us page boasts that "the best darn seed supplier this side of the Mississippi" and USA-sourced seeds... but they are shipping from CHINA. Their customer service was elusive and would not tell me where the seeds are sourced. I kept receiving pre-written responses to my requests for clarity on seed source. I'm an avid native gardener and want the seeds in my vegetable garden to be North America sourced. This company is misleading, dishonest and I recommend avoiding them.
