My re-fi with American Financing went quite well despite some minor hiccups because of self induced financial parameters. In addition, one other thing must be mentioned: the associate I dealt with (Craig Gardner) was exceedingly helpful in aiding me in resolving those hiccups with the least complications & his efforts need to be mentioned.

Andrew was outstanding. The shining star in what is otherwise a not-so-fun process. I got a great interest rate and some grand advice.

Heard about American Financing on the Glenn Beck show. He hit the nail on the head with them! They are very upfront and honest. The whole process with Andrew Paulson was easy and never felt like we were being pushed into anything. We will be recommending them to anyone that needs a mortgage or refi!

Chris Kelly is the Best!!! I refinanced to a 15-year fixed and then again to pull out some cash. He made it so easy on the website, and he and his staff are extremely prompt in responding to any questions. They are very honest and reasonable. I heard about them on Phoenix Radio 99.9 and I am so happy I made the call to American Financing...you will too! Make the call.

My experience with John Hazel was wonderful. With each interaction from the initial conversation to the final paperwork he kept me informed and feeling at ease that I was in great hands that I could trust with one of my most expensive and near racking transactions. When he handled the transactions it was seamless, it was when others were involved things went sideways that John had to correct (Nicole T. & Mariah E. asking for documents I had already sent, and were in my file which they could not be bothered to look at).

I just wanted to brag on how seamless our refinancing experience was at American Financing, and more specifically Katie Byler. Me and my wife had a very complex financial situation which resulted in a disastrous situation with a former local lender that nearly kept us out of our beautiful house to begin with. Katie was laser focused, and truly has a servants heart. She was compassionate, and eased all of our concerns and near PTSD from our former situation. Even when we hit a hitch in the middle of our process, she quickly rectified it, and we closed on time. Everything she said as far as percentages and monies headed our way were exactly as promised. The craziest part, which we didn't know until later in our process, is that she had a terrible case of Covid on a day we needed her most, and she engaged in a lengthy call with us and her Supervisor (I'm sure bedside), and was so classy we had no idea the pain she later admitted to on that given day. You will be very lucky if you get to work with Katie!

Well I tried to go through my personnel bank, then my former mortgage company. Both of them came up with excuses why they couldn't do a refi for us. We had gone through American before and should have started with American finance again. We had our Refi in 8 days. Andrew did a great job with working with me to get all the paperwork in. Then if there was a question he was right on the phone. If I had to leave a message, he would get right back to me. So easy to work with. Every one was so very helpful and pleasant to work with. I can't say enough about the fast, efficient, and accurate way they handled it. We completely closed in a total of 17 days, start to finish. Mathew is his manager and was the one we worked with years before. We even got to close at home. Nice! They have such a great team!

From the beginning to the end, always willing to help, always taking my calls, and always keeping me informed of the status of the process. The end result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend American Financing. And when I say beginning to end, I mean it. The first person to answer my call was a gentleman named Bill Park. The last person to answer my call, yesterday, two months later, was Bill Park. I wasn't sent off to some other department to leave a voicemail. Bill took my call and was able to access my file. He had all the answers. The means the structure of the company allows my representative, Bill Park, to access my entire file. Bill was great and always there when I needed him, but I think the entire company is structured to keep the customer in the forefront. The customer comes first with this company.

The experience we had with American Financing was phenomenal! Michael was very helpful in providing us breakdowns of the different mortgage options and rates along with how each would impact our monthly payments. He was always available to assist us and made our refinancing experience very smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend!
