I can’t say I am entirely happy
My experience had some bumps not necessarily any bodies fault. The company has been responsive. I was getting a new alarm
Systems in 2 houses. The bumps were because of integration of the old and new system. It did take some time to fix the problems and there was some frustration However the company has made sincere efforts to rectify the issues I am
Confident that any other issues will be addressed

I had a issue with my alarm system including a backup battery which was very hot to the touch. American Alarm was able to send someone out right away and resolve my issue.

Fire Alarm activation
Your notification to me of a fire alarm activation at 04:30 on a Sunday morning was appropreit but your lack of follow-up as to cause of the alarm or if there was an actual fire is very lacking.
