you helped in getting the technician to take the truck charge off my bill which i had to spend a few times he finally listened that should not have happened thanks also Maria Moretti is great she actually was the sales marketer we used in Melrose in 1984 when we were referred to American Alarm after our break in she was great Tim did do a great job replacing the battery boxes

The repair man knew our home and…
The repair man knew our home and guessed that the problem was a bar that he remembered was not replaced last time same happened. Surprising memory and right on target. Perhaps he should have replaced all at first time to avoid the charge...... Also, not sure how the bill was calculated.

Good technical support at house
Good technical support at house. It would have been helpful, though, for the tech on the phone a few days before to know more about the set-up of various key pads. That would have avoided a $200+ service call to the house to insert the new password for my wifi router. I could have done it myself if the tech on the phone had understood the layout of my keypad even after I described it to him.

My experience teaming with American…
My experience teaming with American Alarm covers a span of twenty years and we are still counting! I have had few problems which tells me AA is doing a great job to monitor my home security, alerts when they lose Wi-Fi connections. The Annual service Check-up on the equipment is a bonus. Office support speak to customers verses electronic recorded messages and all service persons (he/she) are polite, and provide helpful tips when necessary. I hope you're convinced the five stars are well deserved.
