Look great thanks

Quick response to question after I had made my order, even late evening and weekend. Order arrived, no issue. Amen were a pleasure to deal with. So far very happy with shoes (bought a few pairs), fit fine and look good qualityforthe cost. No hesitation recommending.

Shoes are first class, look great, good fit, and i know a good shoe when i wear one ,.

Prompt delivery and boots are a great fit. Look great and good quality. Very happy with Amen Shoes and will use them again.

Updated 07/11/2022. Following on from responding to the original review that I wrote, I was advised that the signature on my tracker (IDX) was in fact what was used during covid and these had not been received bu amen shoes. Having a name to speak to was very good and Paul who advised me that I should claim from Royal Mail but he would put through a refund for me because of the lack of communication from Amen. I duly did this and have received a full refund from Royal Mail. The 4 star rating now is totally for Paul restoring my faith in customer services where someone took responsibility and sorted it out for me. I have let him know that there is no need for a refund from them as they have also lost out in this instance. However there are still a few things that the company needs to get sorted out because had I been told that Royal Mail were at fault on my first contact and promised follow up had taken place I wouldn’t have had to resort to writing the original review to get their attention!

If I could give this company no stars for their customer service I would! I have ordered in the past and been very happy with everything however my last order in September received in good time but I had to return one pair that didn’t fit. These were returned and signed for on 22/09/2022 and despite repeated requests I have still not received my refund. I have had online chats where was told they couldn’t trace my order so I’ve sent emails with evidence of signatures and they still haven’t had the decency to acknowledge, reply or refund my money. May be good prices but I am now £55.16 out of pocket as postage to return was £11.15. Get your customer service act together as I am now telling everyone that I know not to have anything to do with your company.
Update, I’ve had contact now from Paul at Amen Shoes who has taken responsibility for my case. I will update my rating when I get a satisfactory outcome.

Shoes not as expected. Supposed to be wide which they weren't. Can't return as they were discounted. Supposed to be leather, only to find they weren't. Very disappointed and won't be purchasing from you again

Bought a pair of shoes, had for around a few weeks and discovered a fault. Emailed CS and new pair out, no hassle!
Excellent CS and a good company!

Avoid this company - they dont care if your order doesnt arrive, I then had to fight for a replacement - was promised they would arrive in time for my wedding they arrived a week too late. Then I sent them back as agreed with them and then they received the item back over 1 .5 weeks and still no refund. Dont call them as they do not answer the phone, they do not reply to emails and when they do they lie - they take your money and do not refund it back once you have sent it back. DO NOT USE - customer service is rud

I bought a pair of Chelsea style boots, the I sides of one fell apart within a week, exposing a bit of metal in the sole that's meant to provide support. The back of the same boot went soft and started falling apart, meaning they're completely unwearable. I wish I'd have waited to spend a bit more in some reliable boots from elsewhere.

The shoes coming today order 2 pair and very nice surprise. Well made shoes good quality comfortable.

I needed a pair of patent leather dress shoes size 11 and that is what I got
