Always easy to get a great pair of shoes at a reasonable price, very comfy and a good range.

Delivered on time, good quality shoes, very comfortable.

Ordered 2 pairs, arrived poorly packed and box damaged, okay this may be down to Royal Mail but sent both back and had to pay over £15 to do so. I get most of this is down to Royal Mail, so why not give pre paid returns label like other companies do

I ordered some brogue shoes for a special occasion.
15days and counting and no shoes or any form of notification. My special occasion has now passed and hence am very annoyed at the lack of service- I note that this appears to be a common theme from Amen Shoes......

This is the worst internet purchase I’ve ever made. I ordered some tan boots to get married in. They never turned up. After finally getting to communicate with someone on this matter a replacement was promised. This also didn’t come through. I’ve sent several emails and tried to contact them via live chat to get a refund. Still waiting…..
Will never use them again.

Well, what can I say?

Shoes fell apart within a few weeks.

They stopped returning my emails once I had sent photos of the shoes.
I had to open a PayPal dispute to get them to respond.

Now they are currently in the process of playing the game where I send them back to them using Evri, and THEY change the delivery to a parcelshop ... which they have no intention of collecting. This means that they now will not collect so will not refund.

So I now have no refund, and no 'poorly made' shoes either. What a company!

I'll give them another day to resolve this stupid issue correctly.

A pair of shoes that I ordered for a specific event were delayed (probably by the postal strike) and arrived too late so I refused delivery and return to sender via Royal Mail which was tracked but no refund has been received. Amen said they were going to look into it but heard nothing more despite several attempts to chase it up

I ordered all my boots on line service was great & they arrived quickly.

Prompt delivery and lovely shoes. Lots of compliments about them. I fear their product may become addictive!!

Just purchased my 2nd pair of boots to replace the very well loved 1st pair. As a mum to a very active 3 year old, my shoes do a fair few miles these days! Comfortable from the first wear, I get so many compliments from total strangers when I wear them, and fast shipping that cannot be faulted. I am so glad I found this brand, I will be an Amen wearer for life now. Already looking forward to my next purchase!

Great boots and great service well worth the money

My husband purchased a pair of suede ankle boots for me Christmas 2021. Living in the country I only wear them occasionally. Both boots have split diagonally across the soles. So the boots that I have had for a year with only about 3 months wear have not in my opinion lasted.
I contacted the company, not expecting a refund but maybe a discount on a new pair. I have been told that I have had them too long. Since then my emails go unanswered.

I refute the comment that you have offered me a £10 discount. I have heard nothing from your company since a member of your staff said they would speak to a manager. I have not received a response to my emails since.

In reply to your ignorant comments. The complaint was that both soles on the boots had split diagonally. Obviously faulty materials.
What I said was I live in the country so the boots are only worn occasionally approximately 3 months.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Was a bit hesitant buying from somewhere I hadn’t heard of before but more than happy with the product and service. You have a new regular customer!!
