I am in love with my ambient lounge sofa. i ordered a luscious grey mod 6 with their new soluxe filling for my cinema room and it looks amazing! i am so happy with the quality of the fabric and it is a beautiful shape. The best thing about it is you can easily unzip and move around as it is so lightweight! ( Great when sibling don't like each other)

I love my ambient lounge bean bags! I have Butterfly Sofas in Sakura Pink and Crimson Vibe in 3yrs now but still look great up til' now! Great fabric! The indoor butterfly sofa really perfect on my bedroom and the outdoor one really nice on my Garden! Great customer service too. Will highly recommend this brand!

Ambient lounge were great to deal with - hats off to Chelsea for her customer service. Got a pair of outdoor Sunbrella fabric Butterfly Sofas (then bought ottomans afterwards). They took their time explaining how to clean and that i can leave outside. They also got them pre-filled for me because i didn't want to fill them myself. Have been brilliant (my neighbors also ended up getting some)

I have had this dog bed just under 2 year when the first cover zip broke xxl dog bed and now the second cover zip has broken. It was bought for my hard working assistance dog. The company have decided either I have broken the zip or my assistance dog has chewed it and offered a poor 20 % off another bed cover why would I want 20 % a cover that won’t last, these beds a aren’t cheap and I would expect it to last. Stay away and buy from someone else Custer service is diabolical!

Got two large cappuccino dog beds for my golden retriever & Australian shep.

Thought I had found the perfect bed for my dog, but which was unfortunately out of stock. So I called to find out when it was likely to be available and was told to email the address on the website.
OK. Did that.
Three days later, no response. Called up and was again told to email in.
I didn't bother
If its this hard to try to SPEND money with them, I can only imagine what aftercare is like. Oh wait! I don't... just need to read the other reviews for this company.
The business should at the very least train their staff to
1. Call potential customers back and
2. Cross or Upsell if what the customer wants isn't available!
So basic.

Ich habe ein Hundebett für meinen labrador Welpen bestellt,nach einigen Fehlkauf habe ich endlich ein Bett was meinem Sonnenschein liebt und ich sehr zufrieden bin.Der Kundenservice ist 1A ich persönlich habe noch nie so eine nette kompetente schnelle Beratung und Hilfestellung erleben dürfen Deshalb ein riesengroßes Dankeschön...ich empfehle jedem Hundebesitzer sich die Hundebetten mal anzuschauen oder zu bestellen Top Betten

Das Hundebett war viel zu hart. Das Produkt entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, weshalb ich es zurückgeschickt habe.
Achtung Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet! Unternehmen weigert sich die Hinsendekosten bei Widerruf zu erstatten, weil es kein deutsches Unternehmen ist.
Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen!
PS: Patzige Antworten gibt's übrigens inklusive!

Super nette Beratung!! Würde in der angegebenen Zeit geliefert. Super Verarbeitung und Qualität, einfach zu befüllen. Ich habe 4 Betten für meine 4 Ridgebacks und sie lieben es..
Werde noch 2 kaufen...

Purchased an Acoustic sofa and matching ottoman about 2 years ago from Ambient Lounge and I am so please to say they still look amazing from the first day I received them. Easy to fill and assemble.

Received my dog bed order after 3 working days filled already which is very nice! My pooch loves it so much as it's uber soft. I envy him! The staff is very nice. She recommended me the best fabric cover option and suitable bed size for my dog. Great customer service! I recommended it to my friend and he just placed an order too! Very satisfied customer here

This company has the worst customer service. They agreed to partner with us as an influencer and we asked for a medium pet bed for our small dogs. They said ok and then sent us a large pet bed. I asked if this was an accident and they said no and refused to send me the medium size we agreed on. Then they said they wanted to end the partnership and take The bed back. After I asked again to exchange it, they blocked me on Instagram. They didn’t listen to the size I asked for and decided on their own.

I loved the 2 Acoustic Sofa chairs. For the first year and a half they were extremely comfortable. But after 2 years the fabric is pilling very badly, and despite refilling, the chairs are losing their shape and have lost the ability to stay upright. The backs roll backward like a recliner and there is no way to make them comfortable. So disappointing.

Just received my order and have mixed feelings about it. Overall I think the quality is good and found the fill system pretty straightforward. One zipper wasn’t quite perfect so was a little messy but not bad at all. My biggest issue thus far is the comfort, or lack there of. Initially, I filled to capacity and it’s just too firm like laying on concrete. So I took some beads out and then it was too lumpy and didn’t hold any form. I can’t seem to get it filled so that it’s comfortable and still holds its shape. That’s disappointing. Maybe a memory foam filled lounger would have been better. My kids seem to like them so won’t go unused.

Mod 5 was impossible to zip together when it arrived.
Lady I spoke to explained it was overfilled and posted out a net bag to empty out some of the beans.
I've emptied I've filled.I've emptied I've filled.....can't get it just right.so it's uncomfortable and wish I'd bought something else.wouldn't purchase again.
Contacted them.they emailed back saying I can't return it even though I hadn't asked to return it.no advice on how I can sort it out apart from....from your picture two seem over fillled.

Don't be fooled at how easy they make it look to zip the components together or to get the filling just right

I purchased the large dog bed from ambient lounge uk.
My dog managed to tear the cover on first use, it tore at the seam and my dog ingested loads of the bean bag filling. Their customer service was awful, refusing to acknowledge that it wasnt faulty (if it could tear on first use it was either terrible quality or faulty) they offered a second bed cover at 50% of price (still £100) and a list of suggestions for dealing with a dog that tries to chew something. Refused point blank to take the bed back or refund me even though it was within their 14 day refund policy, as apparently only items that havent been unpacked/put together or used can be refunded. Dont bother with this company absolutely awful in every way

Jeg har købt et sæt: evolution chair + ottoman og man sidder bare rigtig godt i dem. Dertil fik jeg tre poser bean-filling, så der er i hvertfald nok til det hele og det er nemt at fylde i med den lynlås funktion der er, når man skal fylde/tømme sækkestol/ottoman.

Forsendelse var også nem og hurtig. Fik mine pakker af 2 omgange, der var niget forvirring herom, så jeg skrev til kundeservice og der var hurtig svar.

Alt i alt et godt sted at handle. Vi overvejer allerede, om vi skal have købt et sæt mere.

English: I bourght the evolution chair + ottoman and recieved 3 bean-filling bags. The quality of the product is very good and it is very comfortable to sit it. Costumer service replies quickly too... I would definitely shop here again.
