🚫 SCAM ALERT – BEWARE OF THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY 🚫

I rented a car from them after the sales agent promised:

Unlimited KM (No restrictions)

Free pick & drop

This was important because I commute daily between Abu Dhabi & Dubai (~300 km/day). I confirmed this clearly before paying.

👉 Just 15 minutes after payment, I got an email saying 100 km/day only. When I called, the agent told me it was a “system-generated email” and assured me he would fix it at billing. I trusted his word and used the car for 2 months.

When I returned the vehicle, instead of refunding my balance (AED 2,000), they:

Claimed AED 20,000 for “extra km usage”

Took my AED 7,000 deposit + rent + Salik

Charged me AED 560 for pick & drop, even though they promised it was free

Tried to charge me again for traffic fines I had already paid

This is pure misleading sales practice and a trap. For AED 25,000, I could have bought a used car outright instead of falling into their scam.

⚠️ My advice: Do not trust their promises. Get everything in writing before paying. Better yet, avoid them completely.

🚫 Worst Car Rental Experience – Scam Company!

I had the worst experience with Al Zameer Car Rental. Please be very careful before renting from them.

They promised one thing before giving the car and later charged hidden fees.

I was told pickup/delivery is only AED 20, but later they deducted AED 280 for one day pickup!

They even charged AED 210 for “cleaning” when the car was returned in good condition.

My AED 1,000 security deposit was unfairly deducted without proper explanation.

The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they give excuses instead of solving issues.

This company is a scam and cheats customers with false promises and unfair charges. Many others have also complained about the same issues in their reviews.

⚠️ Do NOT trust Al Zameer Car Rental. Better to go with well-known, transparent rental companies to avoid losing your money and peace of mind.

High level scammer and they will not return the deposit

Unfortunately, my rental experience here was quite disappointing. I was informed that the deposit would be returned within a few days, but it ended up taking weeks instead. This delay caused a lot of inconvenience. Combined with extra fees and a confusing location, I cannot say this was a positive experience.

One of the worst car rental companies. I had rented a car from them and had to deposit 1186 dhs but they still didn't give it back after 1 month. Now that I'm calling them they are not picking the phone. So, they basically stole 1186 dhs.

Warning: Avoid Al Zameer Rent a Car
I had a very bad experience with them, and I believe others have too. There are serious concerns about how they operate. They never respond to messages or calls and just let days and even months pass as if nothing happened.

ALZAMEER RENT A CAR is a scam. They stole my 1000 AED deposit, and their accounts team is not responding to my messages. Please do not book a car from this company. They are highly unprofessional.

Al Zameer car rental is scammer.

I rented a car for 2 days (sedan) They never returned my 1000AED deposit, and they want me to pay 1600AED - Extra KM - i only use 340 km for 2 days, Car Dirty Charge - 200AED ( when i got the car its so dirty and i bring it to car wash before i use it) Pick up charge 280 AED for garbage car.

The company charges drop and pick up cost of the vehicle and any Salik that they incur while they deliver the car to you. These details they will not disclose to you. Be very careful when or IF you decide to go ahead with these ppl. Doesn't come with good recommendations at all.

They are fraud rental team

They are scammers. they have not returned my deposit amount AED 1000.00 even after 30 days. and no response to calls or messages.

Not get refund the deposit money. Not responding calls and messages. I strongly recommend do not opt this this fake peoples…

This company is running a scam. They never return the AED 1000 deposit. I have seen multiple customers go through the same issue — the deposit is never refunded, no matter how many times you follow up. Even after raising several complaints, there is no resolution. This is outright theft, and their behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this service.

Scammers god will punish each and everyone they took everyone's deposit and ran away

Cheater, didn't refund my deposit

failed to deliver the car twice and then requested the return half day earlier. So you pay 5 days and get 4.5, apparently all returns are by 12 of the last day. So we paid for a day that we could not use the car!
