Support just ask for order number and go stealth afterward.
I call this SCAM !

I made an order 2,5 months ago and it never arrived. I wrote them few emails and filled in an online form. I never got any respond and my money wasn’t returned. THIEVES!!!!

Choker and leash combo broke first use and I've been waiting months to get cuffs I ordered, contacted them plenty with only sometimes getting replies, filled out their forms, I'm convinced I'm not getting them. Smh don't buy from them

super upset. been waiting over two months now for my order- i guess it’s my fault for not checking the reviews first. i tried tracking my package, it just stopped on april 28, & i emailed twice about it, got only vague responses. i’m heartbroken & over $50 out. damn.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Website was offering a promo on a free set of handcuffs or collar/leash with selected harnesses ordered, same promotion was also emailed to me.
I followed the promotion instructions to a T and was charged for the handcuffs. I finally received what I had ordered and the harness was missing a strap, so I can't even wear it! I have sent so many emails to them and they have not replied. MASSIVE SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Buyer BEWARE! This is not a scam, but not far from it either. It’s a Chinese company that takes your money and ships you GARBAGE that looks absolutely nothing like what's pictured. On top of that, you will most likely not receive your entire order. The items are shipped one at a time, even if its something like – 3 Piece Garter Set – that is typically shipped together, not with this place –you will get them separately. Not to mention that you will wait 30+ days to get any of it. I am still waiting on items that were ordered in February for Valentines Day. Customer service does not exist with this company. I have sent numerous emails only to receive ONE auto-reply to give them time to work on it (2 months after the order was placed). Spare yourself from stress and shop elsewhere.

Oh. My. God! I cannot believe how many people experienced the same thing as me. This website is definitely a SCAM!! They rip customers off and steal people's money. I ordered a body harness back on February 15, 2019, and got an email confirmation that it was shipped on February 23, 2019. It's been well over a month, and my package STILL hasn't arrived. Nobody from customer service has responded back to my emails or FB messages. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! This whole business is a fraud.

Got part of the order - but not it all . When I contacted them it took months to reply & they just keep asking for an order number . Awful customer service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they will scam you

If I could give it zero stars I would.
I placed an order almost 2 months ago, which still hasn’t arrived. Ive chased them 3 times so far, to be met with the response of “we’re sorry we’re really busy”...but still no update or info on my order. I’ve even asked for a refund twice and just been ignored.
FO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I didn't receive the order and my mail to customer service was never replied to. 30 EUR out the window. Learn from my mistake, don't order from this company.

I am LIVID!!! The last time they even gave me an update on where my order even was was last month!!! They are a scam!!!!

I received my order fine but it was totally the wrong size (I'd been careful about consulting their size guides). It was definitely not as good quality as I had expected for the price either.

I have attempted to make contact with Altur twice to arrange swapping the product for one which is the right size and have heard nothing back.

Extremely upset and disappointed.

Terrible- I never received my order. They said they would "look into it" then never responded to any future emails. I left a comment on one of their Facebook ads replying to someone who asked for others experience. They removed my comment and blocked me on Facebook- they remove all negative comments on their ads. Complete scam. They take your money and never send the products.

NO. I ordered 3 items and I received only 2. I send them 22 email and I wrote on Facebook and on Instagram but nothing. Low quality, made in China

I ordered from them and received all the items in good condition, the quality was as shown on the website. The shipping times were long (1-2 months) but I am nonetheless pleased with the products.

scam company. purchased $40 of stuff with their BOGO. money goes to canada and a week later you get a shipping label from a chinese warehouse. emailed their support and they only sent 1 vague response before becoming unreachable. reported and my bank issued an immediate refund which is a huge red flag. do not purchase from these scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent 60$ and only received 1 item. Emailed them repeatedly and have not gotten any kind of solution. Should have known better, too bad cause I really like their products if only they'd all show up.

Report this company to the FTC or the ECC ! The more we are to report it, the more chances we have to stop them for doing business.

Ordered 4 items, received only 1. It was the cheapest in cost and it was of terrible quality. Super long wait times just to receive the one item that was sent. I emailed the company and they basically gave me the run around. No products and no intention to correct the issue. 70+ dollars down the drain. This company is a scam! They stopped allowing people to comment on FB because it will alert people before buying anything. Do not waste your time or your money.

I ordered a fishnet body suit with detail to cover breasts and groin. What turned up was not what was advertised. The detail doesnt cover anything like it did in the pics and it is not adjustable. I would avoid this business!!
