I ordered an item on July 13th and it has not arrived yet. Filling the user form on their website did not get me any answer on the status of my delivery.
I am now trying to cancel my order.
Getting into contact with them directly they replied back saying sorry and that I should fill the form.
All that time they are keeping my money.

This is fraud.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star! I ordered a piece of clothing from them on the 27/11/2018 and to this day I have not received it. I bought my item through a Facebook ad and paid $80 for it and I tried emailing them to follow up on my order but received nothing.

I bought 2 products on may 5th, I got one of them a week ago and the other one I’m still waiting , I contacted them and still no answer . I Don’t recommend this at all .

I ordered on April 25th and paid "Express" shipping. One of the items arrived in mid-June. I looked at it and it was very similar, but definitely not the item that they sold me. After trying it once it started to loose threads here and there. The second item has not arrived after two months. I keep wondering what was express about the shipping. When I ordered, I was unaware that this was an Asian store. That in itself is not necessarily bad, but my experience with such stores is not generally positive. One item was shipped from Singapore and the other from China. I don't know if I'll get the second item or if it will be the item purchased or a cheap imitation (like the one that arrived). This is really my fault. I usually look at company reviews before buying, but I completely forgot with this company. The cheap turned out to be expensive.

i had been following them for so long on instagram!package didnt arrive and they always asked me to fill in the order support form.what a cheat.
What you could do: apply at the bank to question the transaction and get your money back.go to police to report the scam.

It’s a fraud!!! They sent me faulty products from china, poor quality and I cannot exchange them as they ignore all my e-mails + I haven’t received a product I payed for. The worst ordering experience!!! Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered $100 worth of items from them in Feb 2020. I gave them two weeks past the delivery date due to the COVID-19, then contacted them. They directed me to a link to fill out a form in which I filled out two times already with no response. I understand that COVID-19 may be affecting shipping but at least refund my money if they are not able to send me the items I paid for. This website is a scam. Zero stars for them.

It´s really really really bad. The products supposedly arrived yesterday and they didn´t, my boyfriend and I bought the collar and the leash with some tights, the number of the order is 398398.

First of all the prize was off, since we had to pay more than we calculated just because. It seems that they rised the prize for us to pay more. I asked in an email and their excuse was that the prize 'changes' just because. It wasn´t really big deals since we just paid 31,94 USD.

Moving on, I read all this comments and we got scared since it seemed that nobody received what they bought, but we held on the faith of the products arriving. I searched for the origin of the products and they are from... (drum roll please) ALIEXPRESS!!! YAY I JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE QUALITY THAT YOU PAY FOR.. ejem ejem hand-made ejem ejem

SPOILER ALERT: You, my friend, are buying from a chinese cheap a$$ store.

It's been forty seven days and the packaged supposedly arrived yesterday, as you can tell by this review it didn´t arrive at all. I asked if this could be a mistake (suprinsingly they answered all the emails that I sent, except for one in which I ask if it IS going to arrive) and guess what they said.. YES, IT IS, and they blamed my shipping national company (Correos).

To this point of the story all we want is our money back, even though it´s just 32 USD, Trust me I will fight this 6itches until I get my money back 'cause there´s no way they're keeping it. Oh yeah, I'm also reporting them from Paypal, their own instagram account and telling every innocent soul to not buy from this sad-excuse-of-a-handmade-store.

My conclussion: Don´t buy from Altur, it´s a freud and, of course, NOT WORTH THE SWEAT. You will not receive it and if you do, the quality is a real cheap one

Wish that I could rate 0 stars. I placed orders with Altur over a month ago. No products, no further tracking updates beyond "passed to airline", nothing. I wasted almost $100 on this scam of a store. Oh, and customer service is nonexistent, just like you're reading. This store needs to be shut down immediately. Can't believe that they're still up and running.

I never post reviews. Like ever. This is necessary, though, b/c I do not want people wasting their time on this site. 0 stars is an understatement. I ordered one item around Thanksgiving 2019 and it's now May 2020. Still nothing!! A short email apology from the company late last year is all I got. I have now given up. It's a scam FOR SURE. Thank god I just spent $23.

Two months and still nothing. Not even a decent reply. They made me fill in a form and not an answer after that. It’s a fraud and I hope they’ll get shut down.
Thank God we payed with PayPal and we got our money back.

Honestly... I have never seen such a bad customer service. I ordered 4 pieces. 2 of them were damaged when I received them. I am writing emails with the customer service since February and to the last mails the did not answer. So I spent my money for bad quality and can not return it. Well... I would reccomend you to spent your money anywhere else...

Please do not waste your time or money. I’ve emailed customer services multiple time and filled out a report on the website 3 times as I ordered a product (one thing!!!) almost 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Regretting not looking at these reviews beforehand.

My order arrived incomplete and the items that actually came were cheaply manufactured even though their stuff is quite pricey. The leash and mask broke instantly. I sent them a ton of mails but I did not receive a proper answer or a refund. Would not recommend at all. Awful company!!!

I submitted an order in OCTOBER and despite at least ten emails with customer service, I still have not received my items or a refund.

It should be illegal for them to still be a company.

They literally STOLE over $100 from me by accepting payment and never shipping my items to me.

Ik heb mijn bestelling nooit ontvangen! Eerst een paar vriendelijke mails terug gekregen: mevrouw het pakketje is net in Nederland aangekomen over een paar dagen zal ik bij u zijn. Mevrouw wat vervelend dat u zo lang wacht, wacht nog even het zal nog enkele dagen duren. Als laatste moest ik een formulier invullen en daarna niks meer vernomen! Nog een paar keer gemaild maar ik hoor niks meer.

I ordered a Kitty mask, a harness and a collar. Then I saw these reviews and immediately regretted it and panicked, but I got everything in the same package. Good quality, nothing missing :)
