Ordered a Minecraft Cherry + Vanilla cape account ordered right before the anniversary cape window ended, and it got locked and shut down 2 days into using it. Support team spent every second they could reassuring me through the entire process and were kind enough to replace my lost account with some extra bonuses for the trouble, throwing in the extra anniversary capes and the old bedrock edition founders cape for my trouble.
