Ich warte bereits seit 3 Tagen auf mein Produkt was 50 Euro gekostet hat, der Support ist nicht zu erreichen.

Wenn es etwas Neues gibt wird die Bewertung geupdated.

Ich habe jetzt meinen Account erhalten und auch eine Antwort im Support.

I tried getting an account with a Vanilla Cape as my alt and it has yet to be delivered despite being advertised as "Instant Delivery". After checkout it told me to wait 2-24 hours. I had imagined someone who was in charge of the account had to Email me back with the credentials but I have recieved no such update. Support chat is an echo chamber with a bot, no help from anyone on a Wednesday. I've already requested a refund but I doubt that will be of any help. Will try to look around for other alt shops, I just want a Vanilla Cape, man.

I bought an account on 1st of october. It said that my order will be fullfilled 2-24h after the purchase. We currently have the 9th of october and theres still the same message saying "in delivery; refresh in 2-24h" ...
I have contacted the support but never got an answer nor email.
Funny fact is that I have bought a lot of things from the site where I always got the products. I am very confused about the outcome and change of the site.

Habe vor 5 Tagen einen Minecraft Key gekauft und er wurde bis heute noch nicht geschickt wenn ich in den support gehe bekomme ich nichtmal eine antwort und auf meine e-mails werden auch nicht geantwortet

I bought an OG minecraft account for $300 dollars and the details were never received even after the so called 2 to 24 hour period of refreshing the page. I didn't use PayPal so it should have been sooner than that anyway.

I still haven't received a response from the support chat over the course of 3 days trying. I have email them as well and never got anything back. I'm still holding out hope because this was something I really wanted but if not I will have to dispute it with my bank.. since the only way for a refund is totalk to support, but that's kinda hard to do if they never respond.

I bought a minecraft account from their shop back in 2020 and it went fine. Support was fast and seemed to always be online. Not sure what is happening. I know things can happen and people have lives, but you LEGALLY cannot claim that you have a support team available 20 hours a day, that responds fast, if that is not true. People are giving you their money for an exchanged service and it is very important for there to be a representative to speak with at all times.

I'm gonna hold out hope that someone will see this and respond to me because I've tried everything else and would still love to have the account even after all the inconvenience so far.

Edit 1) been about a week and still no response in any way or delivery of account details.

Edit 2) after 2 and a half weeks, I logged into the purchased accounts page and the account info was there. Claiming the account is going fine so far. still no reply from support tho lol, but thank you !! :)

Spotify Premium 12 Months

I bought 12 months of spotify premium for around 30 euros like 1,5 weeks ago, and I haven't gotten any sort of response after 3 E-mails and some chat messages asking what was going on. After reading some of these reviews, I'm getting more and more certain that i won't be getting my premium. Sad, because I bought 3 months of discord nitro like a week before that and everything went amazingly.

I did see one review get a response here on trustpilot so if any ALTS.RIP staff is reading this right now, I would love some support.

EDIT: Turned out to be just a few weeks of holiday and understaffment, got it delivered and went well, recommend

Hatte hier einen 3 Monat Abo von Netflix abgeschlossen.
Jede Woche Probleme mit „Update des Haushalt“.
Support meldet sich erst nach Tagen.
Nach 3 Wochen hieß es, wir kriegen neue Account und du bekommst neue Nutzerdaten. Weder habe ich die neuen Nutzerdaten bekommen, noch die Rückerstattung von 15€.

Werde diese Bewertung durch andere Social Media Kanäle wie Facebook Instagram usw. verbreiten, falls ich nicht zügig meine Rückerstattung per Paypal kriege.

I bought Spotify Premium 6 days ago and no one is responding trough there chat are anything. I have i feeling i got scammed?

Support is so slow considering I have made a big payment. I have ordered an Minecraft Account. They say there is no waiting time and immediate delivery but I have yet to of been sent my order. I have been waiting/contacting support team for near roughly 2 hours now and the only response I have had is bot aha

Also zu Beginn muss ich sagen dass ich jetzt alles erhalten habe, im Oktober habe ich mir einen Account gekauft (teuer) und ihn nicht erhalten, ich habe erst spät erfahren das Alts.rip geschlossen war. Jetzt habe ich vor kurzem eine email erhalten und habe mit dem netten Support geschrieben. Habe letztendlich meinen teuren Account erhalten. Zu dem jetzigen Zeitpunkt kann ich es nur empfehlen bei Alts.rip einzukaufen :)

I ordered a migrator cape Minecraft account from this service and it was one of the best alt purchasing services I've ever had. no I'm not a bot lol, I payed 22 USD or smthin with debit card and the acc email and password was instantly delivered, the account was initialy locked however adding my own personal email to the account as a backup unlocked it and I was able to access the MC acc with the cape. 5/5 stars would buy again. Also I got a free steam key which was super nice.

Bought 12 month youtube premium, waiting for a week.
I did all the steps, got the invite for 12 month youtube premium.
Very big problem, Youtube doesnt like when you're NOT in the same country and declines your invitation.
I had to download a egypt vpn to have it working.
You guys should 100% edit the steps, i was stuck for a solid month.
I do have to say this:
Youtube premium on here is really cheap, i bought a gta 5 account aswell just for a few euros.
Downsides is the support, theres not enough 1 to 1 convo to fix the troubleshoots, takes a very LONG time to respond.
Other than that i do have trust in this site.
