Easy process to order voucher online to be redeemed online. The only downside was that I had to wait till the next day to receive the voucher by email. On this occasion not a problem but it would have been had I wanted to send it that day in a birthday card for example.
Also...it would have been nice to be able to buy a voucher that could be used online OR in store rather than just online.
Finally...very sad that your store in Alton has closed :-(

Ordered black trainers, received multi coloured. Emailed Alton Sports, received no apology just a returns label and was informed once shoes received back I would be contacted with ‘available solutions’. Sent shoes back - tracked them Alton Sport got them back Saturday. By Monday afternoon I had still heard nothing, so I chased them - to be told they had received them but my original order was now out of stock so I would be refunded - again no apology.

Poor customer service, will not be using again! Gave two stars because at least refund was prompt.

My original order was lost in Transit and I was offered a substitute order which i accepted. The time it took to realise the order wasn't coming was 12 days which i feel should have been spotted by Alton Sports through their tracking system. I am happy with the alternative offered product which arrived quickly once i agreed to it.

This was my first experience of Alton Sports.
On 28/03/21 (order #126437) I ordered a pair of On Cloudstratus in the mineral/rust colourway as every other supplier seemed only to have black.

The website said they were ‘in stock’ in green typeface below a message warning of 14+ days experienced with ON which I took (mistakenly as it turns out) to refer to items not in stock (because I expected ‘in stock’ to mean with Alton Sports not with the manufacturer).

After an initial delay I contacted customer support who replied promptly informing me that ‘in stock’ referred to the trainers being in stock with On and not Alton Sports but I have never heard of this situation before but notched it up as a misunderstanding on my part. I was assured my order was sat with On and was going through their shipping process.

On 12/04/21 Alton Sports informed me that a courier service had lost my order and that On no longer stocked that colourway, I was subsequently offered the black Cloudstratus.
I immediately contacted On, ordering the Cloudstratus in pistachio/grey-yes I paid £12 more than offered by Alton Sports but the trainers were a colour I was happy with and arrived 4 days later direct from Switzerland.

Not a great first experience but 3 stars given as customer contact with Alton Sports was very good throughout and the full refund took 5 days to return to my account.

Most competitive price for Maurtens gels and powder. Rapid shipping even on the free delivery service. Definitely one of my go to suppliers for all things running related.

My order of a pair of Brooks Gylcerine running shoes arrived very promptly. Very happy with them!

Alton Sports offered a great deal and were very quick to get the running shoes to me in the post, with a load of free stuff too! I would certainly not hesitate to go to them again. Great service.

I placed an order on Sunday with standard 3-5 day delivery and it came on Thursday. I love the shoes and it even came with loads of free goodies. Very happy :)
