Alshafietravels Recensioni

The communication from the team was good and they arranged nice hotels for our trip. However, there were several issues that caused unnecessary inconvenience. First, the hotel was reserved under a different name, and because of that my brother was not allowed to check in until we arrived, even though everything was already prepaid. They promised compensation for this mistake, but it has now been over a month and we still have not received any refund.

Additionally, we had booked a visit to Jinn Mountain, but we were not informed that it was already closed. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of proper communication and planning.

Overall, while the booking service was good, these issues made the experience frustrating, and the lack of follow-up on the promised compensation was especially disappointing.

Delivered more than what promised. I recommend them 100%

My name is Zaid, from CA. I recently went Umrah, and I am very very very satisfied and happy with the service that Al Shafie offers. The one of the most organized events I have ever participated in, which included the Madina, Mekkah, and the tours that I have. I am highly recommending to families, friends and anyone else who would like to get the most out of their Umrah to use this Al Shafie travel agency. And thank you to Al Shafie for your amazing service. Jazakumullahu khayran.

Thank you very much for arranging a safe and comfortable trip for my family. Alhamdulillah it was a great experience. We were actually anxious going to umrah after 15 plus years , but you made it very easy and memorable for us. From hotel bookings to timely pick and drop services, everything was smooth and well organized. The ziyarat in both Makkah and Madina was very informative and well explained by the guides . We didn't have to think or worry about anything but spend our time in ibadat, Alhamdulillah.
Jazakallah khair for your services and efforts
May Allah reward you all and give you all more such opportunities to arrange umrah and hajj trips for the ummah.

5/5 Stars
I recently returned from an unforgettable Umrah journey with Al Shafie Travel and I'm compelled to share my outstanding experience. From the initial planning stages to our return, the team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, dedication, and spiritual sensitivity.

The entire trip was meticulously organized, with every detail carefully considered to ensure our comfort and convenience. Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, sharing insightful commentary on the historical and religious significance of the sacred sites.

In Makkah, the agency secured exceptional accommodations, just a short walk from the Holy Mosque. The daily prayer schedules, transportation, and logistics were all expertly managed, allowing us to focus on our spiritual journey.
In Madinah, we were treated to a comprehensive tour of the Prophet's Mosque and surrounding landmarks. Our guide's passion and expertise brought the history and significance of these sites to life.
Throughout the trip, AL Shafie Travel demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring our spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and kindness made all the difference in our Umrah experience.
