Alshafietravels Recensioni

This was our first trip booking through a travel agency as well as our first Umrah trip, so I was a bit skeptical. My cousin had used Al Shafie recently so we decided to check them out. Brother Hammad was wonderful from the beginning. He listened to our needs and made sure that all of them were met. We had a group of 8 people and he made sure we had comfortable transportation through out the trip. My parents are also older so I requested hotels in Makkah and Madinah that were close to the Haram so they didn’t have to walk too much. Alhumdolillah the hotels brother Hammad booked were perfect for our needs. The hotel in Madinah also provided free wheelchairs that we could use as needed. The guides that were included in the trip were also wonderful, very knowledgeable and accommodating if we needed to make a stop somewhere. Brother Zahid was our first driver and went out of his way to ensure we were able to experience everything we wanted. Brother Shahid who was our Umrah guide was incredible, he made sure that our Umrah was the experience we wanted it to be. Hotel staff and cleanliness were also wonderful. Overall I could not have asked for more from our first visit to Makkah and Madinah. We will definitely work with the Al Shafie team for our future needs inshaAllah. May Allah swt bless the entire Al Shafie team and put barakah in everything they do.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We could not be happier with Al Shafie Travel Agency! They arranged our Umrah journey and Turkey vacation, and this has been the best travel experience we have ever had.

They offer group and individual visa services and tailor their arrangements to your needs. Their team is polite, kind, and always available to answer questions, day or night.

A special thank-you to our agent, Furqan for his wonderful care and attention. Whenever he was off or unavailable, another team member responded promptly and made sure we were taken care of.

Their support gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. We are truly grateful and highly recommend Al Shafie Travel Agency to anyone planning Umrah or a vacation!

I would like to thank Hamad and his team for a wonderful vacation. It was worry free since everything he had promised was there and more. We traveled to Saudi Arabia and Dubai. All flights, ground transportations, transfers and hotels were there with no issues. I would definitely travel with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful trip Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Everything was there as promised. All transportation guides and contacts were there and didn’t need to wait for them. We will definitely use them again next time.

Allhamdulilah me and my family had an opportunity to plan a trip to Umrah last week with Al Shafie Travels we had a great experience with their entire package including hotels, transportation, tour guides ,thanks to brother Hammad who worked with us not only to plan this trip but also during the trip made sure everything was going according to our request, I highly recommend if you’re planning your next trip to umrah make it memorable with Al Shafie Travels.

A genuine thanks to Al Shafie travels. The experience was far beyond expectations. It was my first Umrah and naturally I was confused and nervous. I want to tell everyone that trusting them with the process will bring you peace of mind. Brother Hammad was exceptionally excellent in planning for this trip. He kept in touch throughout making sure that everything was going well for me. I felt like I was visiting for my n’th time just because everything was greatly planned and the entire process was smooth. My package included a stop in Turkey and again exceptional planning.
Honestly, the money paid is nothing compared to the services and experience. I will definitely be booking again soon.

Thank you alshafie travels especially Mr Hammed for making my umrah an amazing journey. This is my second time with Alshafie travels and I dont think I can go with any agency. From the flex flight to luxury hotels and amazing transportation, plus having the opportunity to relax inn another country after my umrah. Thank you Mr Hammed and alshafie.

Had a great experience with Al Shafie Travels for my recent trip. Their travel agent Furqan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process — he was responsive, patient with all my questions, and made sure everything was booked smoothly without any hassle. He took the time to find options that actually worked for my schedule and budget, and followed up to make sure everything was confirmed.

Would definitely recommend Al Shafie Travels, and if you’re booking with them, ask for Furqan — he’ll take good care of you.

Salam Al Shafie Travels/ @Hammad !

My brother and I can’t thank you enough for All the assistance provided to us from start to end of our 2026 Umrah. …BIG SUCCESS!!!

it was a great experience along with an affordable package.

My brother had some health concerns and brother Hammad from the staff jumped in making it a priority allowing my brother to get all the support and accommodation needed from hotel to the airport until he reaches home safely…

Sincerely may Allah reward you greatly 🙏🏻

Both the air and land packages of my family trip back and forth between Detroit and Istanbul-Makkah-Medinah was delivered as per the package agreement. This travel agency is dependable, prompt, and friendly. Specially, I like to single out the excellent service of my contact Br. Hammad.

My recent Umrah trip, arranged by Al-Shafie Travels, was very pleasant and smooth. I would like to thank Mr. Hammad of Al-Shafie Travels for all of his sincere efforts to make our trip hassle-free and enjoyable.

MonshaAllahu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. There were a few minor hiccups, but nothing significant. The Ziyarah in Medinah is excellent; the tour guide was knowledgeable and experienced.

I traveled with a group of 16 people, including children, and our experience with Al Shafie Travel was excellent from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly, which is not easy to achieve with a group of this size.

The hotels were exactly as described, and the staff was consistently helpful and responsive at every step. They handled our travel from the U.S. to Jeddah seamlessly, along with transportation from Jeddah to Mecca. The arrangements for the ziyarat were also well organized and executed.

We did encounter one minor hiccup with transportation in Mecca when traveling to Medina, but Al Shafie Travel addressed it immediately. They ensured that, despite the size of our group and the amount of luggage, we were properly accommodated without further issues.

What really stood out was their support during unexpected disruptions. When our flights to Dubai were canceled due to the conflict in the region, they quickly stepped in to adjust our flights and hotel arrangements, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Overall, communication was easy and reliable throughout the entire trip, and they were very accommodating of our group’s needs. I’m happy to give them five stars and would highly recommend them, especially for large group travel.

Thank u Mr Hammad for everything

Thanks Br. Furqan and Br. Hamad for a wonderful umrah experience Alhumdullilah. Everything from communication before and during the trip, transportation onsite, and coordination of all the trip planning and details was very excellent. May Allah reward the team for their efforts inshaAllah
