This was our first time performing umrah and having elderly parents was challenging for me. But the Alsama team made my umrah experience such a breeze. Helping my parents and just making sure we were safe,healthy and able to do any of the activities that was given to us. . Helel Bhai was so helpful and helped my parents especially reciting the duas during Tawaf for my parents. The whole Alsama team was amazing and helpful to my family. In Sha Allah we will be back again.

From the moment that we landed we were welcome by the alsama team , which was really nice since we had a long flight.

Pick up service from airport complete lying rubbish. I called at least 4 times but nobody answered

Our Umrah trip organised with Alsama through brother Shahid Sadi was an unforgettable experience Alhamdulillah.

We were sent comprehensive information in one email encompassing our flight details, train tickets from Madinah to Makkah and taxi transfers from airport to hotel. Our contact person in Saudi, brother Helal kept us updated regularly with our taxi transfers and details and was easily reachable and very responsive.

We stayed at Frontel Al Harithia in Madinah and Swissotel Makkah. Both hotels were excellent and very well located close to the masjid. The transfers were all on time and all taxis were had plenty of space for passengers and luggage.

I would highly recommend booking your Umrah and Hajj with Alsama- they are truly dedicated to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable experience.
