I have ordered four times from Alohahoo and they were great. The shirts fit true to size and their communication was great. One of the orders I asked for a specific delivery date and they were delivered two days early.

I reckon I would send out this survey once the customer receives the product rather than before. I am grateful for the 25pc off. Bit worried about the quality of satin.

Placed order on Oct 8. They would not give me tracking info. After many email of poorly wording on their part they finally confirmed orders had shipped. I received it on Oct 21. All shirts were too small (yes I look at their sizing chart before I ordered). within 30 minutes on receiving shipment I sent emails at first requesting to exchange for a larger size, they tried to say I couldn't exchange but they would give me a discount on my next order, I said no and realized the shipping I would pay for more shipping would be more than the order. so I insist on a full refund. They will not send the required return merchandise form. the website says they accept returns within 30 days (I contacted then within 30 minutes. so now they ive sent about 12 email in the last 48 hours, they keep trying to negotiate a 30% refund, then 40% refund. they absolutely DO NOT honor their own procedures. btw, the quality of the clothes is not very good. So still waiting to hear from them again. Definitely the worst online shopping experience. they are a scam company. Way to go China on screwing the world again!

I had a terrible experience with my purchase from alohahoo.com. After paying $24.95 for expedited shipping, my order still had not arrived after over a month. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and unresponsive to my numerous complaints. Despite being told my order had shipped, tracking information showed no updates for weeks. They blatantly lied about the shipment status and repeatedly refused to cancel or refund my order, even after acknowledging the issue. Their final response was dismissive, stating they couldn’t cancel because it had supposedly shipped, but I had no proof of that. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company.

The shirt arrived at about 4 weeks from order. They refuse returns. After two requests they offered 20% back.
Ordered this for an event - make sure to order several weeks in advance

Update: After 2 weeks my purchase did arrive. However, no shipping confirmation, no response from customer service. I had to re-reverse the charge from the bank. Overall a confusing and personless/information-starved exchange.

After receiving order confirmation they went silent. No shipping updates, could not contact anybody via their support email (the phone number is international so I did not try that). Had to go through my bank to get a refund.

Order not delivered and dealing with this company is a nightmare.

2 months after placing the order Alohahoo ignored my emailed refund requests. They finally responded to my multiple emails by demanding a positive Facebook review before providing a refund.

Disputed charge credit card charge and will be getting a refund anyway.

Ordering from Alohahoo is just asking for trouble.

I purchased four shirts that were described and pictured as tank tops.
The shirts that arrived were sleeveless tshirts, which are very different than tank tops.

The company refused to refund unless i posted a positive review on facebook.
I have contacted legal counsel and am awaiting a response.

They won't accept returns (which is illegal) and demand positive reviews of their website AND their ad campaign instead, and for that they won't give you your money back even within the basic 14-day period, they will only give you a discount code for another purchase. This would be hilarious if it wasn't unethical.

EDIT 7.8.2024: my bank has given me back all the money I spent with Alohahoo, however, the time it took to do all this was certainly not worth it, which is exactly what these lame companies are counting on, because most people will rather sacrifice such small amount than fight for it.
