Good product fast shipping only drawback did not receive tracking number when shipped

I didn’t get my shirt on time despite paying extra for shipping. They are making it very difficult for me to return this shirt that I no longer need.

Nice quality shirt. Had to wait for delivery longer than expected but totally worth the wait.

Total scam. I'm willing to bet all their good reviews are manufactured. Never received my order. They sent me a fake picture of my supposed delivery on some stairs that weren't mine. Advised me to check with friends and neighbors. They didn't even put any thought into their fake picture. I've never seen clothes delivered in a flat envelope. They sent me some fake screen shot of some tracking page that didn't even have my address, just the city.

The company sent me the wrong size shirt and it was cheaply made. They said they would send me another one and that I could keep the one they sent. They then gave me the run around and confused me with weird emails.

Do not go to this company they're terrible they do not respond back please ask you to email them then they they don't give you an address to return your the stuff back it's been a lot of money on their attire I'm done with them beware

The product presentation is very inviting. I would have purchased more but this is my first time ordering from this business and quality matters. Hopefully 🤞🏾 I receive the product I purchased from the description.

I immediately cancelled my order within 5 minutes and it took over two weeks to get my refund, and only upon contacting PayPal to report fraudulent activity. They would not give me my refund, just kept responding with coupons and even offered to give me a 10% refund. After contacting PayPal, I finally got a response that they will give me a full refund. Do not trust this website!!

love this dress,colors are vibrant and fun,the fabric of the dress is lightweight but durable and not see through due to slip underneath! Can be worn on shoulders or off the shoulder! super comfortable and did not have to wear a bra with the dress, true to size

If I could rate < 1 star, I would. Shipping is slow and when I tried to cancel, they would NOT cancel. Once the items were received, over a month later, the quality was poor. I have been trying to return the items for a refund for over a month and they keep trying to negotiate. Horrible customer service!!

I wish the size chart was a little more readable is was a little confusing to me! I’m from Los Angeles CA and when I purchase clothes I understand waist size is 44/32 shirts xxl! Even though this is an international brand I feel it should cater to more of American standards when it comes to the sizes! The “inches” and “cm” are highly confusing in my opinion!

You sent the wrong item! I guess I should have known better because I read your review. However, I took a chance because you offer extra large sizes. I did like that the delivery was a bit faster then I expected.

Terrible!!! Total scam!! Don’t waste your time or money! After ordering no tracking or anything received for weeks, tried to reach out to support & got automated responses. Tried to cancel with no response.
Escalated through PayPal and then all of a sudden it is ‘shipped’ once a dispute was placed?! Then got the items and total crap. Wrong color, cheap fabric & just crap. Continued to dispute and only getting automated response emails offering a coupon over and over - I will never order from this complete scam again! Getting run around and won’t refund or return the items that I tried to cancel multiple times before shipped! PayPal is also dragging their feet with it too! Soooo frustrating!!! DONT ORDER!!! SCAM!!!!!

1 star is too many stars. The products are trash, the customer service is trash and the whole experience was trash. Super flimsy cheap jersey like material, almost like 1 ply toilet paper. Everything on them is printed and looks like hot garbage. The fits are aweful. Tried to return them for a refund and the customer service was a joke. Kept offering coupons for me to keep the product and buy more instead allowing me to return them for a refund. Stay away unless you like clothing that looks as cheap as the material and as poor as the customer service.

Wow! Great experience! About a month delivery so be patient. Great soft shirt and sizing is right on. Skeletons doing yoga. My wife is going to love it. Great communication. Thank you Alohahoo!
