Off to a slow start
Off to a slow start. But i was told why. Everything has been slow so i just took a breath. It all worked out and the air con cover looks fantastic so happy. I think at the moment we all have to be patient 👍😊 Thank you

Great product
Great product and would recommend the only thing letting this down is the communication and delivery timeline. Took 2 months for delivery and me chasing up.

Awesome product
Awesome product, delivery was a bit too long , I went through a few stages of contacting PayPal for a refund as it seemed fraud, maybe just contact customers every week just to tell them progress?

Definitely worth the wait! I experienced similar delivery issues…
I experienced similar delivery issues and my dark grey air con cover did arrive with a loose slat. However, all was eventually resolved with the owner of Allura personally delivering and assembling my air con cover.
It looks fantastic, really uplifting the vibe of my apartment balcony.

Overpriced, not well painted, just a flimsy ply wood on top, there was a visible chip - more than half the thickness of the wood.

We were sorry to read your review. Unfortunately, it seems the product wasn't up to standard. We would be happy to replace your chipped top and will contact you via email. Unfortunately, due to a global timber shortage, a lot of our wood supply has decreased in quality, which means we have to spend extra time preparing the wood before the products are created. Although this does not excuse the chip, it is difficult to avoid at times. We hope a replacement for the top will fix the issue so you can enjoy the product.
The unit looks great but no instructions/pieces for assembly
The unit looks great! Great colour (Dark Grey), great size. A few of the slats were not fixed and had become dislodged (presumably) during delivery. Fortunately we were able to reinsert them. The package didn't come with screws or instructions as to how to assemble the unit. I don't have tools readily available, so this was a bit disappointing. I understood assembly would be required, but when I have purchased furniture in the past it has always come with everything needed to assemble it and if I needed a drill (or any other tools beyond a hand screwdriver or allen key) it was noted at purchase. I guess I'll just have to figure this out from the pictures of the assembled image on the website and go to bunnings to get some fixtures.
Edit- the instructions and screws were subsequently sent and we could assemble with a hand screw driver
