All Sabers is run by true Star Wars fans, meaning not only are the sabers high quality, but they understand a sense of community. For a business, that means they're proactive within the fanbase, supportive of people, and have great customer service so that everyone can enjoy Star Wars.

After a minor part error, Tim was able to help me figure out everything I needed and was gracious enough to send a replacement part free of charge. Communication was slow at times but that was a fault of both of us. Assembly and instructions were clear, easy to follow, and any deeper questions I had were readily answered either online or by the saber team

Allsabers puts the customer experience first. Any time I have any questions, they’re responding within the day if not within the hour. The Sabers are extremely high quality with features that I would never have expected on similarly priced sabers from other companies. The lightsabers they sell are perfect for spinning, flow art, and combat. As a longtime fan of star wars it’s awesome to feel like a part of that galaxy, and the affordability and customer service made it so much more accessible to me.

Had a little situation with an order and the customer service, the approach they had with me and the resolution of the situation was incredible, totally from another galaxy, SUPERB experience.. Absolutely incredible sabers and customer service. I got 2 flow 28" sabers and a coupler to combine them. The ability to connect the app and customize the lights and sounds adds an extra nerdy touch

Got 'The Path Saber' from AllSabers recently and super happy with delivery and service. The product itself is excellent, with great build quality and loads of features. I got the pixel version, which I think is excellent value and the hilt for this saber is in my opinion one of the best I've used for spinning and flow. Highly recommended company and product!

The saber was lost in mail. Not their fault and they did their best to help me find it. When package was found there was no clear directions, no instructions online, nor videos on youtube to put the saber together. This honestly dropped a lot of the enthusiasm. They kindly had an ambassador make a video to show assembly. They give waay to much unneeded hardware. literally pieces of screws. I normally love assembling things but this was just an awful experience. For the price point of almost $300 this is ridiculous. The saber also randomly turns on and wakes me up at night and is not user friendly

Amazing product as well as amazing customer service. I happened to find a minor fault in their system which resulted in an incomplete build (again, minor because the missing piece was mostly cosmetic) and I was quickly assisted and sent the part that I needed free of charge! Definitely ordering from here again!

I had ordered my saber as a early Christmas present while on vacation, and they reached out immediately to make sure I wasn't being scammed. The care and attention they put into the order and the whole process was really nice and meant a lot. Plus my saber is awesome, I'm in love with it! I'll definitely be ordering again, their care and dedication can't be beat.

We bought a light saber for my son for Christmas and he loves it, especially activating the light with his wrist and not needing to press a button.

These guys are so helpful. I made a previous review without thinking to contact directly and they have helped me and responded so quickly to the problems I had once my lightsaber had been delivered. There were minor faults but they are sending me extra parts at no extra charge. I’m one very happy customer!
The customisable colours and sounds are so cool my inner child is screaming with joy ❤️
