My order was delayed but has arrived now.

Samples were ordered and they arrived as per time estimated.

I thought the price was very reasonable. The P&P was included in the price, which I like. Other companies who do panels seem to be very top heavy with their delivery charges. Some in excess of £50 which I think is an absolute disgrace. The delivery was great. The lad put them where I wanted, all in all I would recommend them and I will probably use them again, very soon.

So £2000 order placed and paid for 2 weeks ago.
Get email "your order will be delivered tomorrow"
Ok great, today 2 hours drive to accept delivery,I know my problem not an issue.
9.30 am after 2 hour drive, phone call
" sorry we haven't got your stock" I ordered 43 units
"'we have 36 in stock"
ok "send me what you have"
"ok driver will load and come to you."
Should be with me in 2 hours ok no problem
2 hours later get a call.
" driver didn't put on the van and has left, we can arrange another day" , mmmm still waiting for full refund..
Never again, got elsewhere sameday

Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery, would definitely use this company again.

Panels where good, but your customer service could be improved.

Bought 2 panels to freshen up the onsuite shower
they are brilliant.
The only criticism is with the carrier, both panels were damaged on one corner, fortunately in this case the damage was trimmed off

Item shown as in stock online but still not received and had a phone call to say would be 2-3 weeks before delivered

These panels were easy to cut to size easy to fit and they look good say no more.

Would recommend, very quick delivery, very satisfied

The only downside of the transaction was that the delivery charge was far more expensive than the items which doesn't sit very well

The items came damaged. We’re bent in the middle meaning I could not use them as intended. Took so long to arrive and not easy to return as it cost £20+ delivery for £30 product not worth returning at additional cost

I needed some panels at ideally 3m long, the ones I ordered were 4m long. Within 30 minutes of placing the order, I was called to say there would be a short delay of a week or so, which was fine by me, I was in no great rush. Within 3 days they were with me. There was a little bit of damage to one panel but still use able. The price was far better than other suppliers and the finish is very good, matte white in this case.

Good package and Quick delivery service.

Very impressed, courier broke the items, all panels replaced it very next day, amazing service

Excellent service, called me to check that I hadn’t made a mistake on the trims I had ordered with Panel’s

I asked for 4mm trins f profile but got the 3mm instead. It will cost me £25 to post back which is not worth it. Give people what they order and not what you have left in stock
