For not use All My Sons movers

The movers promises they would have a professional piano mover as a part of our overall team. When the day came to move, they did not have a piano crew. This resulted in them telling my husband that he had to go to buy some specific tools. It was clear that they were not experienced at this and my beautiful Baby grand was damaged. We put in a claim and their top dog of customer service said that they would take care of it, but we have yet to hear from them about repairing the piano for a couple months and two follow up requests from us. They also told us that they would be able to move our gym. Well, turns out they couldn’t do that either. With one day to get out of our house before the new owners would take occupancy we scrambled to find a group that would move our gym. Bottom line they will sell you a good story, but realistically don’t bet on it! Follow up is non existent.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The dispatcher/operations manager called and confirmed my move on Friday afternoon (9/5). I was given the time slot of 8:30-9a Saturday (9/6) morning for the movers to arrive. On Saturday the dispatcher called at 9:15 to inform me the movers would be 3hrs late. After not receiving a call at 11:45 I called the dispatcher. He became irritate when I asked for him to provide a solution instead of given excuses for the continued delay. He proceeded to cancel the move unproved. This caused me to miss my flight for work because I had to personally move my entire house after waiting 4 hrs. for them to show up. FYI operations manager name is Brian

Beware! Don't Hire This Company

Movers broke every single piece of furniture. I paid for the extra insurance and reached out with pictures and quotes to get things repaired.

Two gaming chairs were broken (they do not sit up any longer), a table was put together without the support beams and all the screws were missing, a gaming desk was dragged against our hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and not put together correctly leaving it completely unsupported, an heirloom table was smashed and hidden behind boxes stacked six feet high, a hole was gauged into a wall, and our kitchen table was damaged. I have provided documents showing this is over $4000 worth of damage to my home and possessions.

Again, extra insurance up to $5000 was purchased by me through All my Sons, and my claim was sent to Ace W, who sent me a claim form addressed to another of their clients! So now I have all this client's information and they have mine. Ace Ward decided the 4000$ in damages was worth $950 but immediately revoked the form once sending it to me.

Please take this as your warning to never use this company. I don't understand the utter disregard for documentation provided by their clients. This on top of sending my private information to another client and sending another clients info to me!

Unprofessional and Dishonest

I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring All My Sons. When choosing them to move my furniture to storage, during a home renovation, the company asked if I wanted insurance to protect our furniture if it was damaged. I paid for this. After their team moved my items, we noticed a hole in our leather couch. All My Sons informed us that it only covered things if moved to their storage. This was never told to us. Their team was extremely rude and their Chief Customer Officer, Ed Finer, showed the same lack of care by never returning a message. We now have a damaged couch to replace. NEVER USE ALL MY SONS. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM ARTISTS

All My Sons Movers is terrible

This company just provided some of the worst professional service I have seen in a while. Months ago, I called and made a reservation for moving and overnight storage. I did not hear back from them at any point after locking in our reservation. I called today (a few days before our move) to confirm details and was told that they only booked me for moving out but no overnight storage and no move in. Since our move is just a few days away, I was told that there is nothing they can do to accommodate or help us. They made a mistake and refuse to own their own error. Now I have no moving or storage accommodations and it is all thanks to All My Sons. Also the manager I spoke with on the phone was rude and not helpful.

AVOID IF YOU LIVE IN KCMO!

The movers arrived late for starters, having apparently had a really big job earlier. They were quite professional and polite at first, but would not move the mattress without a cover--which they asked us to provide! On top of this, they explicitly disobeyed my orders not to stack my books totes more than 3 high lest the lids break (lo and behold, a couple of lids cracked and one tote broke entirely!). They asked for me to dust off a couple of furniture pieces before they moved them. I did so and they never took them. They also asked for me to assist in carrying a few boxes and totes--which I did.
After taking the mattress and box spring (didn't even wait for me to bring the disassembled frame out!), they went across the street to empty out our storage unit. They started, then decided they would come back and finish on Sunday because they had yet another job arranged after ours that same day. We reluctantly agreed, so they put everything from the house into the unit save the box spring, which would not fit. We paid them for that day's services and they went on their way. Never heard from them or saw our box spring again. When we called their office Sunday, we were told there were no such moves scheduled for that day, and none could be arranged until Monday! Luckily we were able to arrange for another moving company to finish the job on the last day of the month, but the whole ordeal was very stressful.
So, a lot of hassle and money and an incomplete move to show for it. While the movers themselves were professional throughout (if reluctantly so), I'm afraid their manager (who was taking other calls while we were on the line with him!) severely overbooked them that day, and on many other days, I don't doubt.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had—with a moving company or otherwise.

All My Sons quoted me 3–4 hours for a simple local move, then dragged it out to nearly 8 hours with no urgency, constant phone use, and a complete disregard for the detailed move plan I provided. They used no protective materials—no floor runners, no padding—despite this being standard practice for other customers. My brand-new townhome was damaged, and over $1,000 in household items were broken due to their carelessness.

To make it worse, they offered a laughable $325 settlement—only if I signed a non-disparagement clause. When I declined and followed up, they ignored everything and just resent the same document. No communication, no accountability, just corporate gaslighting.

I’ve filed complaints with the NC Utilities Commission, FMCSA, BBB, and the CFPB. Avoid this company. They are all branding and no integrity.

Professional movers!

jaleel & Britton did an amazing job moving moving me. They were professional and efficient. This company is more pricer than others I have used in the past bur you get what you pay for. And if you want a smooth move, hire them!

I had a bad experience with this company even though the gentlemen were very polite. Priscilla reached out to me numerous times and made things right! She is very professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Priscilla for everything you did and I hope your boss will read this.

Jake and Jeff were excellent

Jake and Jeff were excellent. Very professional, kind, courteous, efficient, and treated the furniture with care. We were very impressed. We would highly recommend them. We will be using them again.

Sexual Assault, No Apology, No Accountability – Austin South

One of the movers from All My Sons Moving & Storage – Austin South committed sexual assault against my wife during our move by making non-consensual physical contact while she was alone in a room. We filed a police report the same day; the Austin Police Department investigated, and the case is now filed in Austin Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor.

Despite acknowledging the report in writing, the company never apologized or reached out to us — not once. No call, no email, no follow-up.

They also damaged our property. When I submitted a claim, they sent a settlement agreement that would have prevented us from speaking publicly about our experience. I refused to sign unless they removed that gag clause. They refused to change it.

No apology. No accountability. No resolution. Just a business protecting itself while customers pay for the privilege of being mistreated and, in our case, assaulted.
