AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 0 OUT OF 5!!!! Wildly inaccurate website and took advantage of someone in a very stressful situation!
My partner called them to ask for help with a flat tyre. They took £50 deposit from him there and then (no other quote provided!) And said they'd be 60-90 minutes... 2 & half hours later and several attempts from us to call for an update someone arrives.. the website CLEARLY says they will do everything they can to get you back on the road there and then, before offering recovery including tyres changes and jump-start. The gent has bought no equipment to help whatsoever. He then said it would be £195 to get us back home. We asked for a moment to dicuss privately and stepped away... I asked my partner if could afford this (what I meant was, did he have the money right there & then not afford at all!!) And he said no... the driver overheard this, took it to mean we didn't want the service.. shouted at us, was rude and drove away without explanation. Leaving us stranded yet again. We did want the service, we were discussing me paying and then my partner paying me back some on his pay day (NOT THAT THIS HAS ANY RELEVANCE AS IT WAS A PRIVATE CONVERSATION) I called to explain this to management and was told to watch MY attitude and to " go on, leave a bad review, you can't leave a review as we didn't do anything" well quite. You took £50 from us and then stranded us when we were doing our best in a horrendously stressful situation after you took almost double the time you told us to get to us.
Horrendously managed company with NO customer service skills whatsoever.

SCAM!!!! Called today and was quoted £250 for a recovery with a £50 deposit (card details taken over the phone). Waited nearly 3 hours and the guy didn’t turn up, tried to call back and my number had been blocked. Tried on another phone and they answered straight away, saying the recovery vehicle would be another hour and that their “lines were busy” so that’s why I couldn’t get through on the other number? I asked to cancel and the guy said okay and hung up, definitely just after my card details. BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrendous man, horrendous service. Supposed to turn up at a set time, did not turn up and then blocked all numbers and would not answer the phone. Trying to get a refund however looking highly unlikely.

They originally said they would arrive within 2 hours. After waiting almost 24 hours I cancelled the service and requested a refund. I still have not received the refund despite calling them repeatedly. On several occasions they hung up on me. I have found the service extremely unprofessional and at the moment I am concerned I have been scammed. I would not recommend. After a great deal of persistence I did eventually receive my refund, but still would advise others to avoid them.

I wish there was an option for no stars.

I asked for a quote for my car. I have never had to have any car recovered before, so I am totally unaware of cost.
Whilst asking the man questions on the price. I was told “ if I don’t want to pay the price, then don’t …. We don’t need your business anyway. Then he hung up.
I called back to ask why he had been so rude. And surly I can ask a question. I explained I was new to all this. Thinking he would then understand. To which he replied again. “ love if you are going to ask stupid questions, I don’t have time for you. I don’t need your business.
So as he stated his fine for business, if I was you, I’d give your business to others who are more grateful and need it. And stay well clear of this company.

Recovered my Land Rover and Trailer from the M20. Absolute lifesavers, no one could help us apart from All Kent Recovery. Technician was a true professional

Broke down on the motorway called these guys, spoke to Joe on the phone
He send down Jake to pick us up, the 60 odd miles journey back home could not have been any more pleasant.
Timing was prompt, price was fair and the service provided was very professional

Great service, would definitely use again

Had flat tyres this morning. Ally was extremely helpful. He turned up in less than 30 mins, towed my car back home hassle free. He also made an offer to tow the car back to the nearest garage without any charge as a kind gesture. We again raised a request with Ally as Halfords where we are actually trying to fix the tyres didn't have the tyres immediately available and asked us to bring the car back. Ally was so kind that he would tow the car without any extra cost to Halfords at Catford being 4 miles away. Great recovery service and I will fully recommend!

Was picked up from rochester in my ford ranger. They arrived within 15 minutes and was very impressed with the service. Thank you for helping in a difficult time
