Angie at The Orchards is amazing goes out of her way to help with every query, works tirelessly to resolve any issues. Works late a lot of evenings too as she wants to get everything completed. She is the biggest asset you have and should be rewarded accordingly. Not many people would agree to work most weekends ! She always has a smile on her face and is friendly helpful and knowledgeable! She is enthusiastic about everything!

Amazing development and exceptional customer service from Angie!
After visiting the Orchards development at Corby Glen on Saturday with my husband and two children. It is for sure to say what amazing customer service we were given from the moment we entered the show home office. Nothing was too much trouble for Angie, she gave us a very warm welcoming reception to us all. Offered the children sweets and us both drinks. Nothing too much trouble and knew her job very well by answering all our questions with confidence. Angie offers exceptional customer service and would mostly certainly recommend this development to family and friends if they were thinking about moving! Amazing credit where credit is due! Keep up the great work!

When I moved into my new home I also…
When I moved into my new home I also got Paula, the Customer Experience Manager, she has been there for the last few weeks to sort out the problems you experience with a new build.
I’m sure she is very busy but she always has the time to really listen to my issues and keeps me updated on what will happen and when.

Incredibly helpful and personalised
Everyone has been super helpful from the point of me calling to arrange a viewing. Tracey has been really nice and able to answer any questions.
Wayne the site manager and Gabe the cover site manager were both great, giving a thorough run through of the house and helping with any questions or any snags as well.
Paula the customer experience manager has also been great, visiting twice since I’ve moved in and any concerns made sure were addressed as soon as possible.
Felt like a really personal experience and not like I was just anyone else on the estate, really comforting when I was buying my first home on my own.

The Orchards
We’re due to complete on our first home at the end of July and so far our experience with Tracy at the The Orchards in Corby Glen has been positive.
Since her arrival she’s provided us with helpful information and sorted out any issues we’ve had. She has given us an insight into how the whole completion process will work, so that we can be prepared. As first time buyers we really appreciate this!
