The Agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and did his very best to accommodate us. He explained the methods for assisted sale and booked us in for a further appointment. We’re looking forward to Saturday.

The staff are fantastic especially Chloe, Richard and what can I say the magnificent Rachel up at Kings meadow.

The Allison rep was courteous and took time to show us everything we requested including special access to an incomplete house

Rob Bedford was sent along by Allison Homes to carry out some remedial (snagging) work at Kings Meadow, Fernwood, Newark. Rob arrived on time and was polite and friendly. We agreed on the required work and he performed the required tasks to an excellent standard. He took his time to ensure we were entirely satisfied with his work-which we were.

The experience from meeting Rachel in the Sales Office to completion and moving in has been an excellent experience. The build quality of our house is extremely good, the kitchen units are beautiful and the oven and hobs are a delight to use. The sanitary ware is of high quality and extremely modern. The Site Team, Richard, Alex and Chloe have gone out of their way to be most helpful and ensure that we had a smooth transition into our new home. Thank you very much Allison Homes.

Chris payne from Alison Homes came by to touch up some walls today. He was a gentleman! Did a fantastic job and went above and beyond what we required. 10/10!

Will Wallace was also exceptional and made the whole process go smoothly, almost seemless.

I regret to say that my after-sales experience with Allison Homes has been extremely disappointing. Upon purchasing a house from them, they promised to complete the unfinished work by the completion day. However, six months later, the promised work remains incomplete.

They have sent various contractors over this period, but the quality of their work has been appalling. The repairs are poorly executed and don't last long, often requiring repeated fixes. Instead of addressing the root problems, these contractors seem to be merely covering up shoddy work.

To make matters worse, my home still resembles a building site. The garden is in such a terrible state that it turns into a swamp every time it rains, making it unusable and unsightly.

Chloe from their customer support team has been particularly frustrating to deal with. She appears to ticking off repairs from her list without ensuring the work is actually completed by the contractors she sent over.

Overall, the post-purchase experience with Allison Homes at their Kings Meadow development in Fernwood, Newark has been abysmal. Their unfulfilled promises, poor-quality repairs, and negligent customer service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution others to think twice before buying a property from them.

Allison's onsite rep, Rachel Wakefield, was a constant source of help, her patience and candour made the whole process of selecting the right property and absolute pleasure. A true ambassador to Allison and a wonderful lady to boot.

Our new home, the Cyrpus, is slowly coming together and any little issues have been rapidly addressed. A boon is the large garage and plans are afoot to turn this into more family space.

I went to view a show home for a new property in Fernwood kings meadow, Sophia was great and her sales skills were great, signed an interest straight away, and had the choice of everything from floor to kitchen, I was very happy until I went to view the property!! I wanted a garage because I like to park my car in it! Unfortunately, this garage is too small I questioned and the reply was “ no one uses the new garages for cars anymore only storage”, the ground floor was a good size but when I go to the bedrooms another big disappointment, to have the fitted wardrobe that comes as spec you have to choose between a king size bed or small double if you wand bedside table. The other rooms are even smaller and you would have to use one room for dressing, the ensuite toilet is for small people only and no chance you can even be able to place a toiletries cabinet. I wish I had taken my tape measure at the show home and compared it with the plans, please do it because I can't see any normal family being a comfortable living in such a small rooms( unless using the garage for storage and work )
