From initial tel contact to post care service this pharmacy is fab.The cost was really reasonable and the pharmacy bent over to get me in the same day. Zain who performed the initial assessment and the needed procedure is amazing.The attention and explanations, which included pre and post photos/videos to thoroughly identify the initial ear issues /post procedure position and what to expect during the procedure was really caring. The care doesn’t stop there - with post care advice and follow up offer if needed given. I can now swim and scuba dive without the previous ear issues i was getting. Can’t recommend this particular care service at Celtic Point Pharmacy in Worksop highly enough.

On entering the chemist there is a sign about abusive customers but what about abusive staff? The dark haired woman?with glasses at Lavender Road waterlooville was extremely rude and disrespectful. She questioned as to whether i had put in a request even when i told her i had received a text to say my medication was ready. She just had to look on the shelf (where she found it.) No apology, just arrogance. Seriously, its the staff that have the problem.! Will not be using Allied again, changing my chemist. (what happened to Rowlands especially the very caring Debbie????? who is sorely missed. ALLIED YOU NEED MORE STAFF TRAINING!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. GOODBYE!!!!!!

Holton road Barry A vulgar arrogant elderly man sent a woman away who had a prescription. Then refuses to sell off the shelf antihistamenes as suggested by my GP as a mild sedative and to ease a runny nose which as persisted after months of coughs and colds.That have impacted on an ability to rest
I think he really wanted to be a GP Allied took over from WELL who were diabolical . This one is worse another quack quack

Rubbish company now used to be a lovely friendly pharmacy I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years so much has changed since it became allied pharmacy most of staff have been forced out or left .all new staff who don't no what there doing very disappointing . Seeme's to be an ongoing problem reading the reviews on here and other sites I for one will never set foot in an allied pharmacy ever again and advise everyone else to do the same ... one very unhappy customer

I can’t recommend Allied Pharmacy on Yarm Lane enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team who made me feel at ease. The pharmacy is well-organized, clean, and easily accessible, making every visit hassle-free.

Allied pharmacy in fazakerly Longmoor lane,,I have had a really hard time the last 6weeks with hospital appointments and procedures and these girls in this chemist have gone OUT OF THERE WAY to come over the counter and sit with me and ask how I am and been SO KIND AND CARING to me,,I can honestly say that the three of them are an ABSOLUTE CREDIT to allied,,,I I would never change chemist because of the care and compassion these staff have

Worst pharmacy after the new take over. Went there with a prescription and it was out of stock and the same medicine was available in another pharmacy but i couldn't collect it because of the irresponsible staff at crookhorn pharmacy didnt put my prescription back to the spine. Waited another day to get that sorted. Staff is not kind even to elderly people. Even the surgery also complaing the same that they are getting more complaints against the pharmacy.

I entered to collect my prescriptions, very unwelcome atmosphere, not a happy environment, staff are not welcoming, no smiles, no hello, and appears a toxic environment amongst staff. When a person is already feeling unwell, and enter to collect medicines, this attitude and behaviour is unacceptable. It isn't the first time staff have never appeared been polite and happy to be doing what they do at the Waterlooville pharmacy.
Please smile and welcome your customers! You will make a difference even for a short time.

They don’t deserve a single I was arrived only one minute when they were closing and I have not taken my bp medication for three days I requested the lady on reception to give me the medication due to not having the medication since three days but she rudely refused by saying we are closed.

Pikes Health Centre Bolton Allied pharmacy staff are friendly and caring. Over twenty years going to this Health Centre no seen such service.
Late Friday evening, my blood pressure and sugar level were checked free of charge with a smile, What a wonderful team, Thank you.

Always very quick to have my prescription ready and Gail who works behind the counter is always extremely friendly and efficient. Only slight gripe, is the pharmacist takes their lunch break at 1pm, awkward for people who would like to pop in to pick up prescriptions in their lunch hour.

I recently collected a prescription from Allied Pharmacy in Liphook, Hants. I had nominated this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions but to my annoyance found that the days of the week are printed in 3 different European languages none of them English.
I only take the tablets every other day but trying to be economical to the NHS I use one strip of 28 days over 2 months. Hence it’s important I have a record of the days of the week as the tablets are not rotational in the pack.
I tried to return to exchange for English language ones at the store in Liphook only to be told “it’s all we have”
I have complained to the company’s head office but received a most unsatisfactory reply, part of which suggested I visit the pharmacy for guidance😩
If you have any choice I would suggest you give this company a wide birth.

I have recently had to get my blood pressure checked I called into Allied pharmacy (chemist) in station road in Thornton Lancashire on the off chance rather than drive into Blackpool Toni the assistant was only to pleased to help with no long wait , I was advice to call back after the weekend if I was worried , I spoke to Sara again no wait needed both staff that I have seen are a credit to their employees please pass on my thanks great service

Had a really rude encounter with the pharmacist at Lodge Lane. He didn’t not listen to my father and seemed like he was only interested in making money. The abruptness and lack of compassion was worrying. I’ve never had to deal with attitude on this level. Must have been having a bad day.

I don't know whether there's been a change of staff or it's because it's flying a new banner "Allied" (previously Lloyds ), but it's been a change for the better .It wasn't all bad before, there has been some excellent individuals that I've had the pleasure to be assisted by, Paula is one to speak of, she has excellent communication skills and is competent, she is also polite and humble, greatt qualities to have as a human being, and an asset to an employer. I am first in the queue to have my call answered. I have been been first in the queue for 38 minutes, but actually queuing for 62 minutes. I started 3rd in the queue. I am calling because I have not had a text message to say my pescription is ready, and it has been over 10 days since it was requested. The service from this pharmacy until November 2024 has been brilliant - I have been using this pharmacy for over 30 years - through all of its 'take overs'. Sadly Allied has let it's standards slip quite badly. It is a shame that both they and Boots objected to the new independant pharmacy that was put forward for Wallingford last year. They are just being greedy, and are unable to provide a good service to the local community anymore- there are so many new houses, they are unable to cope with the volume. You have to order your medicine two weeks in advance, and even then it seems the pharmacy can't manage to provide it in time. I have now been queuing for 71 minutes, and the pharmacy has officially 'shut'. I will try again on monday.

Recently visited your Rhyl Branch. What a difference! Excellent staff service, especially Aimee. The new Phatmasist Manager, Ceri, was absolutely brilliant. Very polite, happy and full of good ideas ! Will definitely recommend!

We have been using the Birchgrove branch of this pharmacy for many years - before it became Allied Pharmacy it was a branch of Lloyds. Since Allied Pharmacies took over, it has improved dramatically. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of them all. I have a regular medication, which has been difficult to get hold of in recent times, because of supply issues. The staff have been incredibly helpful and resourceful in helping me to find ways of ensuring that I am able to maintain my medication. Thank you.

The way the directors talk about you and treat you is absolutely disgusting and they have no care in the world, they’d rather keep poor management and a manager that steals then staff who have zero faults. They’ll create false excuses as to why there terminating your contract in probation and by the looks of it I’m not the only person they’ve treated like this and done this too, customers always complain that the staff are miserable yet if you seen how we was treated it would make sense

This branch in Par is very efficient at quickly providing repeat prescriptions but is closed on SATURDAYS!!!!
