Had a lovely experience with this company. Booked tests for me and my husband and both of us got our results on time with no problems. I have already recommended Allhealthcare to everyone I know.

With my partner we stayed a few days in England and we bought 2 covid tests for our second day. Unfortunately we had a problem with the delivery of our tests which only arrived on the day of our departure from England. We were therefore unable to do the test.
Coming from France we tried to respect the procedure as best as possible and it is a pity that we were not able to do it. I am however aware that it has nothing to do with Healthcare.

Attended their clinic in Burnley - Elm Street is best found with satnav, and Unit A1 is at the left hand end of the restored mill building. Staff pleasant, polite and helpful. My wife had an appointment one hour later than me but they took us both in at the same time, so she didn't have to wait. That was Wednesday at 11am. The certificates arrived by email on Thursday at 1942. Thankfully negative. Good, straightforward service with quick results.

I contacted Allhealthcare in desperation as calls to the airline I had booked my tickets with, and the company they recommended for Covid tests had been as useful as a chocolate teapot! They recommended that I contact the Spanish authorities!
I wanted to know about the tests to be taken up to 72 hours prior to boarding a plane from Spain to the UK, where to get tests and how to obtain results to take onto the plane. There was no useful information on the UK Government pages, I just kept being referred from one page to another. I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone, email and 'chatbot' pages before giving up and randomly picking Allhealthcare from a list of Covid test providers. Their employee Edward responded very quickly and advised that I could get the tests done in Spain at pharmacies and clinics at the airport, and offered further useful information. Why the airline and other Covid test centre couldn't tell me that I don't know, after all, there must be thousands of flights coming into the UK every week, so anyone who needs a test should be able to find out which process to follow!
So, if you need any Covid tests doing before or after a visit abroad, choose Allhealthcare, they clearly care about people, whether they are customers, or not!

I'm not really the type that writes reviews even when I have a good experience but this time I had to appreciate these guys. Very friendly and helpful bunch. We were over an hour late for our appointment but the guy made an effort to see us still and was still helpful irregardless that they were just about to close.
