Professional service, great cleaning done at my house. Any concerns I had were addressed by management immediately.

I recently hired this cleaning company and was genuinely impressed with the quality of their service. From the moment I booked, their communication was clear, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time and came fully equipped, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The attention to detail really stood out—every surface was spotless, and they didn’t miss the small things that are often overlooked. My home felt fresh, organized, and noticeably cleaner than it has in a long time. It’s clear they take pride in their work, its not easy to find a good cleaning company.

I recently used Alleyns Cleaning and was really impressed with the level of service from start to finish. The team were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was left spotless, and you can tell they take real pride in their work.
What stood out most was how reliable and easy they were to deal with—clear communication, no hassle, and they delivered exactly what they promised. It made the whole experience stress-free.

We have had a great, very reliable cleaner for a few years. Easy to deal with and when our usual cleaner is on holiday we are provided with someone else who is always good. Thank you!

I’m so happy I found this company to help me with my cleaning jobs I can’t tackle. What great service and lovely customer service all round.have recommended to my friends and family.

Fantastic company, friendly staff very trustworthy and reliable. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend Allen's as I don't take having people in my home lightly but I felt so comfortable with friendly cleaners I've had.

I booked a last minute cleaner who actually turned up ahead of time, she was so thorough and even cleaned my oven (definitely not part of her job), when she was down she asked me to walk through the house and confirm if I was happy with the cleaning. I was so impressed I gave her a tip that matched her hourly rate. I’ve never been disappointed with the service I receive. Massive thank you to Alleyns, by far the best residential cleaning company.

Professional cleaners, listen to needs of client , punctual, thorough cleaning and always friendly. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience, constant changes in timing and just no staff availability on a consistent basis. Business is just about moving.

The service was above and beyond. The team excellence of solving of a very tricky situation by keeping their spirits high, left us with a sparkling home we had rented.

Charged £470 for an end of tenancy clean. Only work done was cleaning the oven, fridge and dusting some of the surfaces. Everything else appeared untouched.

Excellent service. Punctual, friendly & most importantly SPOTLESS! Keep up the good work guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alleyns team have been friendly, professional and have listened to what I required. My cleaner is extremely diligent and always in time. She takes on board any requests. We are very happy with the service.

We've been using the Alleynscleaning for the past 2 years and it's always a great sevice.

Jeylan and her team are the real deal hands down. My first gamble Jeylan was the right one. I haven't turned back since.

The value that she provides shows in her work. This shows she's taken the time to equip and train her staff to a level that the market needs

If you haven't service, give it a go!
It only takes one time to see the proof.

Great and reliable service and Jeylan is goes out of her way to support you with your needs and takes time to understand what is required. Thank you Alleyns cleaning!

Jeylan was able to provide a fully equipped team of 3 cleaners within the hour for a spring clean 2 days later. The team was punctual, hard working, friendly & respectful. They have done a proper spring clean and it has really made a difference - the wood work is really gleaming. I'd never have done such a thorough clean myself & I now know there are no spiders lurking behind the sofa. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We have not had a cleaning service before, so we were not sure what to expect. I was incredibly impressed with Alleyns Cleaning from start to finish. I made a request for a short notice spring cleaning service and Jeylan took great pains to find something for us that worked at short notice. Natalie was utterly brilliant and did such an incredible job. I was able to leave her to and I came home to the most immaculate flat I have ever seen. Very thorough, everything was gleaming and felt incredibly clean - well beyond our own abilities! I would highly recommend and will be using the team again - thank you
