I found Adan very helpful friendly and very thorough she went out of her way to help me choose the best package it only was she helpful and kind she was very quick with solving and issues with flight times and hotel choices she took screen shots of hotel rooms and of the sitting are of the plane she was absolutely fantastic thank you so much for making my first UMRA trip as a revert the easiest and less stressful I will definitely recommend Adan to my friends such an amazing lady mashallah and once again thank you sister

Had a good experience with the company, found it on facebook and trusted them with my Umrah journey right from visa processing, ticket and hotel bookings as well as transportation around Makkah and Medina. Brother Sawan was always at the end of the phone whenever i had concerns and would not rest until all was sorted. Asalaam Alaikum. Just returned back from my Umrah. Alhamdulilah excellent service from start to finish. Jabran has remained in communication all the way through as I was a solo traveller and everything went smooth. Range of deals and options to chose from and Jabran a great person for Al Islam Travels. InshAllah in the future I will book through Al islam Travels and especially Jabran when my whole family decide to complete there Umrah.

He kept in touch right through the journey and was available for any questions we had. All documents were shared over WhatsApp and email along with contact details of all people involved.
