For us, the trust started from the first call when brother jabraan identified another company trying to sell us a package which later revealed that hotel or company didnt exist.
Please do your research as so many good people have been scammed .
One family upto 17,000.
They will talk with mashallah and alhamdulillah but then the with be just subhanallah for them and innalillh for you.
Back to the review..... Allahdulillah from th3 first call he went out of his way to help us with everything. We went as 2 families.
My family with 2 children at the age of 8 and my colleague with his mrs, mother and a 1 year old.
Jabraan was polite, professional and thru the whole journey he would contact us asking if we needed anything at all and if the services were upto what was promised.
Pls be mindfull that the services from the hotels are out of his control so you cant blame him if they dont clean your room or give you a spare card . But that being said, alhamdulillah from his sode everything was spot on. I would highly recommend zowar international ( just for the breakfast 😋) and the location was good too. He included travels, visa, transportation at every stages and ziyarah at mecca and medinah. One advice, please take lanyards for your children as we experienced an incident and the lanyard really helped. Put your hotel card in it too and your saudi number.
That to aside.... the full experience was perfect and he delivered more than promised.

Our advisor at Al Islam Travels UK was Adan Yousaf, a nice young lady with great customer skills, she listened to our requirement tentatively and provided very good detailed December Umrah packages to suit our requirements, hotels, number of rooms and distance from the Masjid e Haram and Masjid e Nabvi. Even when the package did not suit us she attentively made re-arrangements to suit our requirements.

Everything for our Umrah Journey handled by Al Islam Travels, including Visa Processing, Tickets and Hotel Bookings and Transportation throughout Makkah and Madinah.

Brother Jabran made the procedure very simple and provided excellent service. He was always available on the phone when I had problems and remained with us until everything was settled.

Hotels in Makkah and Madinah were conveniently close to Haram, comfortable and served a decent Breakfast. Throughout the Journey, the Transportaion was excellent; it was comfortable, well planned and consistently on time.

Al Islam Travels provided great service for me and my family on our Umrah experience. We were a big group of over 20 people coming from different locations and meeting in Makkah so this would understandably be a lot to handle. Jabran handled our trip and accommodated us well. He was on call and ready to answer any questions we had. We encountered slight issues, which can always happen, but he was available to fix them instantly and would contact us to ensure all was going well throughout our trip.
I definitely recommend them.

Umrah trip was organised by Al islam travels UK . Agent Sarfaraz was really helpful in arranging everything including hotels, return flight from UK and taxi.
He kept me updated on what amount to pay when and shared all relevant paperwork before travelling.

This was my first time going for Umrah.
Our experience with Al Islam Travels has been deeply disappointing from start to finish.

We trusted them with our Umrah package, but the organization has been full of serious mistakes and unprofessional handling. First, they booked us on a low-quality airline despite our clear request for a better option. Then, we were assigned a reckless driver who repeatedly used his phone while driving, came dangerously close to other cars, and even fell asleep at the wheel, forcing me to grab the steering wheel to avoid an accident. When I asked him to stop for a short break, he refused, saying, “We’re almost there.”

At one point, he also made disrespectful comments about my beard, refused to stop for Asr prayer, and later shouted at me in public when I reported his behaviour. Another bystander even intervened, telling me to ignore him because of how out of line he was.

When we reported all this, the company’s response was dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they sided with the driver and refused to offer any form of compensation — not even a basic gesture like including dinner at our hotel, which would have been reasonable given the time lost and stress caused.

To make matters worse, they booked our return flight from Jeddah even though our stay was in Madinah. The flight is at 5:10 a.m., which means a 4–5 hour night drive to reach the airport, leaving us unable to even use our final hotel night properly. When confronted, they denied any fault and said we’d have to pay extra if we wanted the correct flight from Madinah.

We’ve spent countless hours giving them feedback, trying to resolve things respectfully, but their attitude has been defensive and careless. We’ve been left feeling mistreated, unsafe, and deceived.

This was supposed to be a spiritual journey, but Al Islam Travels turned it into a stressful and unpleasant experience. I sincerely hope they take responsibility and improve their service — but based on our experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Alhamdullilah we r very happy so far . They are very helpful and vey friendly. The best thing is they guide you every single things. Especially Fiza she treated us like a family member. Allah bless her.

Had a good experience with the company. Found them on my Instagram and trusted them. Naseeb was really helpful he helped us all the way through. Naseeb tried really hard to fulfill our wishes to find the best hotels closer to mosque . He was always available to help us. Really happy with the service and highly recommended them.
