I have tried to reach out to you numerous times after I wrote a review and you replied saying that you will be in contact with me, FOUR months ago! yet I haven’t heard a word from you. I have constantly emailed and had no response. My breasts need revision immediately as they are getting worse as time goes on. My email needs replying to by the end of next week as this is plenty of time to respond considering I have been trying
To sort this problem for over a year now. You have also blocked me on social media so unable to contact you on instagram.

I had a BBL and breast surgery with Dr. Ali in June, and I have never been this satisfied in my life!
I truly recommend it to anyone who is unhappy with something about their body – this was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Dr. Ali is an incredibly kind, caring, and professional doctor who took care of everything from start to finish. They even picked me up from the airport, which made everything so easy.
The nurses at the hospital were always there, super friendly and helpful – I felt completely safe and well taken care of.

The pain after the surgery was much less than I expected – definitely manageable, so there’s really nothing to worry about.

I am extremely satisfied with the results and would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ali and his entire team for everything! 💖

Er ist äußerst professionell, nimmt sich viel Zeit und erklärt alles ganz ausführlich. Ich hatte von Anfang an das Gefühl, in sicheren Händen zu sein. Besonders begeistert hat mich, dass er sich jedes Mal nach meinem Befinden erkundigt hat – das ist heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit.

I came to Dr. Ali for a breast surgery revision and labiaplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and I always felt safe and well cared for in the hospital. Even the anesthesia experience was very pleasant compared to other hospitals I’ve been to.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Ali is that he truly looks for an individual solution for every patient. He takes his time to listen carefully to your wishes and performs the surgery in a way that matches exactly what you want. This was already my third breast surgery, and to be honest, I had almost lost hope that anyone could fix my breasts due to my body structure and the fact that I already had large implants that were far apart.

Nein also ehrlich es hat direkt gepasst zwischen uns wie eine Symphonie aus dem Herzen heraus ich habe den perfekten Arzt für mich gefunden das wurde mir immer mehr und mehr klar morgen ist mein Abreise Tag und mich wird er nicht mehr los. Ich plane bereits weitere Eingriffe. Damla seine Assistentin ist so eine gute Seele und ein Schatz die perfekte Assistentin er hat ein kleines aber feines Team so wie es sich für einen richtigen Experten gehört. Der Aufenthalt war noch mit einem Urlaub für mich inbegriffen, womit ich nicht gerechnet habe, denn OP Schmerzen gab es so gut wie keine obwohl ich so viel machen lassen habe, BBL , Brustvergrösserung mit Implantate, diversen straffungen und fettabsaugungen, Mini bauchdeckenstraffungen etc das liegt an der sauberen Arbeit es gab eig keine Schmerzen wirkliche ist doch der Wahnsinn oder? Sie sind für mich der beste coolste modernste Arzt ever direkt im schönsten Teil Istanbuls die Ergebnisse sind der Hammer und ich mag sie gerne und wir verstehen uns blind Sie geben mir genau das was ich möchte das wollen wir Frauen doch 🥰😉 bis bald in ein paar Monaten genau wie besprochen sie haben mich fertig gemacht im positiven Sinne 👉🏼👈🏼😉☺️

It’s just over a year now I had surgery performed by Dr Ali
I had the mummy makeover and 3 areas Lipo- flying over from the UK I was super nervous, meeting Dr Ali took those nerves away instantly, such a lovely and calm man/surgeon! I received 5 star service from start to finish and can even now to this day message him and he always replies.
My surgery is absolute perfection- fabulous perky boobs and a tummy like an ironing board and as for scaring - what scarring, you’d have to stair closely to even notice it - again absolute perfection!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or go back to Dr Ali

I traveled from Germany to Turkey for my breast surgery with Dr. Yildirim and I’m beyond happy with the results. He really listened to what I wanted and made me feel safe and supported throughout the whole process. The result looks super Natural and at the Same time full and round and voluminous – even though the implants were placed under the muscle and it fits perfectly to my body. I also had a breast lift with nipple repositioning. Dr. Yildirim performed the procedure with incredible precision everything was shaped and stitched so beautifully and aesthetically. He also did his best to keep the scars as minimal as possible, and it truly shows. I’m really impressed with his work! I can truly recommend him such a talented and professional doctor! 💕✨

Had my rhinoplasty back in march it’s now june and my nose is healing amazingly! I feel so much more confident and comfortable in myself. Der gesamte Ablauf war sehr routiniert und professionell, was mir von Anfang an ein großes Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die wundervolle Krankenschwester, die sich liebevoll und mit großer Aufmerksamkeit um alle Patientinnen gekümmert hat. Auch das Personal im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Nachsorge war gut organisiert.

Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich überaus zufrieden. Dr. Ali hat wirklich das Beste aus meinem Körper herausgeholt – natürlich im Rahmen realistischer Erwartungen, die er mit mir in einem ehrlichen und offenen Gespräch vor der Operation besprochen hat. Obwohl ich vor der OP sehr nervös war, hat er mir durch seine ruhige und professionelle Art sofort Vertrauen gegeben.

From start to finish my doctor made me feel very comfortable and explained everything through & answered all my questions. Had my rhinoplasty surgery done with Dr Yildrim a year ago and I have been super happy from start to finish with the whole experience. He made me feel super comfortable upon meeting him to discuss my surgery as I came from the UK so felt super nervous. He was honest about the difficulties he may face during surgery as my nose was quite a complex job due to a previous rhinoplasty I had. The aftercare and the check ins from Dr Yildrim were super comforting and he was always checking in for the last year to see how my nose has been and answered any questions I may of had. I found my experience with Dr Alirizayildirim amazing. He made me feel comfortable and was very personal. Any concerns or questions i asked or needed he answered them and put my mind at ease. I had a breast uplift with implants in March 2024 with Rhinoplasty surgery. Both were done together in Istanbul. I had a consultation the morning of the surgery with Dr Ali Riza and discussed what I wanted to achieve showing photographs. A few hours later I was taken down for the surgery. The hospital was immaculate and the nurses and aftercare was great. The next day I was taken to a recovery villa and checked thoroughly and frequently. The first few days I was sore which was to be expected with the pain relief I was up and about day 3. I returned back to the uk and had a point of contact for any concerns I did have but was reassured and no issues. 1 year later I am so happy with my results and would recommend Dr Ali Riza for your surgery. Dr. Ali – a doctor you can trust completely

Dr. Ali is simply a wonderful doctor – incredibly helpful, warm, and personable. I was also absolutely thrilled with the clinic: modern, clean, and with a truly friendly, caring team.

I had looked at many before-and-after pictures beforehand and was totally impressed. After that, it was clear to me: I wanted to go to Dr. Ali. I had him do my ears – and what can I say? It was an absolute dream! I can finally wear high, tight braids and feel completely comfortable with them.

I then had a breast lift with implant replacement and nipple repositioning. I never would have thought I would have such beautiful breasts – I am overjoyed with the result!

Dr. Ali is not only highly skilled, but also extremely empathetic. He listens carefully, accommodates all your wishes, and you simply feel well looked after and understood.

After the surgery, we returned to the hotel, where a complete, all-inclusive, worry-free package awaited us. A lovely nurse was there around the clock, checked my blood pressure several times a day, and took excellent care of me.

I had my first surgery in Australia by a different surgeon who had left my muscles cut open and also my breasts had become deformed and for 12 years i lived in pain and i was forever hiding my breasts. I visited Dr. Ali with a specific and complicated case due to two unsuccessful rhinoplasties, and I also wanted to make some corrections to my eyelids, which I planned at the last minute. Dr. Ali provided the best solutions and was able to perform the upper eyelid surgery, even though we hadn't previously discussed it during our consultations. He is very kind, understanding, and offers the best advice. My nose looks perfect! And he is always responding all the questions as well after the surgery.
