Visited Dr Atif in march this year. My first cosmetic procedures.Had combined surgery.Upper Bleph,rhinoplasty and breasts.The doctor is amazing. Everything went how it should and I am so happy with my results at 3 months.Still ongoing contact😊

Dr Atif excelled expectations. Professional, yet personable experience throughout treatment. Absolute confidence in consultation and recommendations and the results reflect this level of experience and passion. The procedure and after care with Dr Atif while in care was also first class. Open and honest with progress and expectations in each ward vist following surgery. The results are AMAZING. I have had several procedure however, my experience with Dr Atif was second to none. I would highly recommend this surgeon.

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul for breast augmentation surgery with Dr Atif Cezairlioğlu, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The initial consultation lasted less than five minutes and felt rushed and impersonal. I clearly explained the size and outcome I wanted, but after surgery I discovered that smaller implants had been used than the size I had specifically requested. I raised my concerns immediately after the procedure and made it clear that I was unhappy with the results.

The outcome has been far from what I was promised or expected. My scarring is poor and uneven, one implant sits noticeably higher than the other, and the overall appearance is asymmetrical. As a result, I now require corrective surgery to fix the problems caused by my original procedure. This has not only been financially costly but has also had a significant impact on my confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Travelling abroad for surgery is a major decision, and I placed my trust in this surgeon. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling ignored, disappointed, and let down. I wish I had been given more time during the consultation process and that my wishes regarding implant size had been properly listened to and respected.

The only positive aspect of this experience is that Comfort Zone/Signature Surgery have been fantastic in helping me move forward. They have been understanding, supportive, and are arranging corrective surgery so that I can finally achieve the results I originally wanted and regain my confidence.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr Atif Cezairlioğlu.

I am extremely disappointed with the scarring from my lower facelift. The scars are far more visible than I ever expected and are one of the first things I notice when I look in the mirror. Instead of being discreet and well-hidden, they are obvious, uneven, and have left me feeling very self-conscious.

I understand that all surgery results in some degree of scarring, but I did not expect scars of this quality. The appearance of the scars has overshadowed any positive aspects of the procedure and has had a significant impact on my confidence.

I trusted my doctor to provide a professional result, and I am deeply upset by how the scars have healed so far. Looking at them every day is a constant reminder of a procedure that I now regret having done.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this doctor. My main concern is the quality of the scarring, which has left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unhappy with the outcome.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results and experience from start to finish. I had my breast implants replaced, nipple reduction surgery, and my ears pinned back, and the outcome has exceeded all of my expectations.

The care, professionalism, and aftercare throughout the whole process were amazing, and I felt completely looked after every step of the way. Thank you so much to my surgeon and the whole team — I’m beyond grateful and would highly recommend!

This is the first time I have had any cosmetic surgery. I was very apprehensive about the procedure untill I spoke to Dr. MECD Atif Cezairlioglu, during his consultation he explained about the procedure and gave his professional advice what he feels would be more beneficial for me in the long run.
The two staff nurses who looked after me when the surgery was complete, were brilliant.
Matt and Helen. The communication, interpersonal skills were fantastic. Nothing was to much and I never felt like a burden asking for anything.

We discussed what I wanted and mentioned that I wanted them to have volume but no be too big for my chest so we went ahead with 335cc

The surgery went went and now two years later I love my breasts and they have dropped so naturally, a lot of people are surprised that they aren’t real

Dr Atif Cezairlioglu and his team was professional and amazing. Dr Atif advised me to get implants which suit my body shape and also I decided to do ab etching and I was satisfied with the results. I also contacted comforzone surgery whenever I was in doubt after the surgery and doctor Atif and his team gave me good advise and reassurance. Now it has been more than a year of recovery and my breast is still perky and beautiful and my abs are still defined. Thank you I would definitely recommend Dr Atif.

In October it was my third time at ComfortZone . Everytime i go I request to get my surgery done by Dr. Atif .He is a very competent surgeon with lots of experience. I had my first cosmetic surgery October 2025, I can honestly say I would do it again thanks to Dr Atif!!
I had breast uplift, implant and 360 lipo.
Firstly the breast have healed to perfection with minimal scarring, I was scared for the uplift scar but doctor Atif literally done a seamless stitch so it is minimal. And my lipo is still taking its last shape and so far all I can say is wow!!
I was quite nervous to have any surgery so I done extensive research on Dr Atif before I chose him and it was all positive AND I KNOW WHY NOW!!
I recommended him to everyone.

I was in February for my second breast surgery and legs liposuction. Doctor was very very profesional and helpful. He made a perfect work, im very happy. Also after surgery you can contact with him, and help you in every time! He made a perfect work!
