great interaction with superb results

Alignable is an excellent networking tool.

This is a great website. It’s nice to be able to connect with other business owners. Also having the ability to do in-person or online networking events.

Such a great way to meet and connect with other businesses. The smart connects enable me to talk to individuals for a more extended time, and really get to know them. It’s the best friend for small business.

It's a very professional environment that's run very well. The smart connects are excellent & a wonderful way to make connections. I love this platform.

What I believe about alignable.com and the companies associated, is that there is a genuine desire to bridge the gaps associated within each businesses framework.
The need to help each business survive through networking and ways to excel. Learning from each other can help to build any business towards success.

Easy dashboard; tons of potential referral sources

I have a unique non-profit. They were constantly sending me people and businesses that did not align with my company but trying to sell it that way. I do not remember EVER giving them permission to send letters to my contacts as if they were coming from me personally. Trying to contact them is all just a digital method of FAQ, AI generated auto reply to questions. Multiple emails everyday. I reached out to a few people who were more annoyed than finding the service to be beneficial. I terminated the service.

I have been on Alignable for several years but didn't become active until 2020. Since then, Alignable has given me more work than all the other platforms combined. I have also made some wonderful business connections on Alignable (CPAs, Tax Professionals, etc) that are currently helping my business grow because we have a trusted network. My business thrives because of Alignable!

Alignable is easy to connect with others through recommendations & a great platform to build local connections. I love the “homely” feel it envokes. Very satisfied customer.

They spam emailed everyone in my contact list because I accident hit a click up. I can’t believe it.

You may as well use Linkedin or NextDoor. I signed up after I got an email from my client telling me that "she had someone that she wanted to refer me to and asking me to sign up so she could make the referral"... Their was no referral. She didn't even know that they had contacted me in such a personal way. That is the first issue. This is not an invitation similar to most platform " X User is inviting you to try this tool" So to get ahead of their justification that you know what you signed up for. You don't know what you signing up for and how invasive it will be to you and every single person in your network.

I was open to sharing this tool since I thought it could be a good opportunity for a few clients that I have but I did not get to approve the message they sent. They will send messages to your entire network telling them you want to refer them to someone but its just a misleading message to get them to join. EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND NOT TRANSPARENT.

Then it will never stop sending you notification. Even when you unsubscribe and delete your account. They do not abide by consumer privacy policy mandates and they will not listen to your opt-out request. They get one star from me since they can't respect my request to not fill my inbox.

You can ready through all their poor review here (Thank you Trustpilot) and how Alignable replies. That will tell you a lot about a company. In every reply they simply justify their actions and take zero ownership of any faults. It very concerning when a company can not take responsibility and listen to the concerns of their users.

I've made many great contacts and I love being able to jump on a daytime zoom without leaving my office.

Alignable has a great social and business connection platform that helps business people meet one-on-one virtually and in person to just network and share what they are passionate about in life and their business world.

Meeting such talented and insightful business owners has been an absolute pleasure. In the short time I have been apart of Alignable, the networking events have been invaluable.

Actualy this is really cool. My first impresion of the sight was really negative becase I thought it was misreprenting how it conects you to people, but now Im really impressed.

I contacted support about my concerns and they got back to me quickly. And Ive already had multiple people reach out saying they want to start working with me. Its just an extra way to contact people and a great way to remind people what you are doing.

Successfully brining professional people together with different backgrounds and professions is what you do!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

After being emailed multiple times by an ad specialist - I decided to run 1 ad in a newsletter. Prior to running it I asked about changing and canceling the ad, he assured me that's not a problem.

After creating an ad in a newsletter, it got 0 views. I understand ads can take time but it was a suspiciously low amount and the leads I had.. well I think they use bots.

I then try to cancel the ad from running again, to find out you aren't able to update your payment method. I reach out to the 'account manager' who then tries to pressuring me into staying. Emailing me 'do you want to succeed in business?' I am pretty direct and tell him I've contacted customer support and to just tell me when he can cancel my ad.

Then I learn that the ad can't be cancelled until 4 months from now? When did they tell me this, they never did. And instead underneath 1 of his emails in the email signature there is a tiny sentence that says 'months run for 4 months minimum'

Then I look online and see hundreds of complaints of the EXACT situation. I email telling him to cancel my ad or I'm calling my credit card company and reporting it as fraud.

The employee, who was very responsive when trying to pressure me into paying for their fraudulent service suddenly stopped responding.

I then called my credit card company and they looked into Alignable and found the same results as me. They suggested cancelling my credit card and issuing me a new one to prevent them from being able to randomly charge me for services in the future (because the complaints mention that a lot)

How does running an ad end with having to cut up your credit card? I'm not sure, but I'm very sure that Alignable is a terrible service and uses bots to make it seem as if there are many people to network with in your area.

EDIT because I can't respond BS Alignable is saying, what they are very conveniently leaving out is I had specifically asked the employee if I'd be able to change or cancel the ad before running it and was told that was not an issue.

The next thing I'd like to correct is he had been responding to me immediately when trying to pressure me into staying by saying things like 'do you want your business to grow' and after I had mentioned for the FIFTH time asking how I could cancel the next month he suddenly stopped responded. His next response only came the next day after I told him I had called my credit company and ON THEIR advice, after reading hundreds of reviews of Alignable, adviced I needed to cancel my business credit card.

Now, customer support is emailing m,e telling me they are 'confused about the situation' as if this isn't something that they regularly see.

DO NOT for a second think that Alignable is a good or transparent company. If you want to actively lose money to a fraudulent service then work with them. If you want to avoid having to get a credit card because that is the only way for them to stop charging you for services they didn't disclose - then you'll love this horrible company.

Alignable now tried to report my review and get it taken off of trust pilot, could this situation be any weirder? Probably not.
