I had a very good experience with Al Hateem Travel for my Umrah trip. Everything was well organised and the whole journey was smooth from start to finish.

Tauseef bhai was amazing throughout the process. He stayed in contact with me all the time and made sure everything was clear and easy. Whenever I had any questions, he responded quickly and helped me a lot, which made me feel relaxed and confident.

Since it was my first time going for Umrah, I was a bit nervous, but the team made everything simple for me. I booked a private package, including an Umrah guide and Ziyarat in Makkah and Madina, and everything was arranged perfectly. The people on the ground were also very kind, professional, and always ready to help.

The hotels, transport, and guidance were all very good, and I didn’t face any problems during the trip. I really appreciated how they paid attention to small details and made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I would highly recommend Al Hateem Travel to anyone planning Umrah, especially if it’s your first time. They truly care about their customers and provide excellent service.

Because of their support, the entire travel experience felt smooth, organised, and enjoyable. I felt confident knowing everything was taken care of, and I could simply focus on enjoying the journey.

I contacted a staff of Hateem travels and tours having found them on Instagram. Initially, the agent named Daniel was very good. I contacted them to help me process Schengen visa through Belgium. Visa procedures were done but I was charged £150 for a dummy flight bookings. The consular had to contact me to send a verifiable return ticket and hotel bookings. I was shocked. I had to pay for another ticket on my own. I called the office more than 30 times and I was lied to that Lufthansa airline ticket they got for me had to be cancelled for £30 for a refund. I was told I have to wait for 6weeks for a refund. I was ignored, empty promises knowing fully well that I was given a dummy ticket. I had to resolve into confrontation and yet this company made my blood pressure to go up. You gave me dummy ticket and yet I was charged. I paid for the service and yet I was ripped off. When I realized that this company is not going to pay me or refund my money, I had to request for a ticket to Paris to be able to get my money back from this company. I was treated badly, messages day and night before I finally got a ticket to Paris. Very unprofessional act towards me. I was ripped off despite given me a dummy ticket.

Make sure you u have proof of what this people said otherwise u will not get what u asck for i pay 2500 and i didn’t even get what i asck for

I do not recommend this company. On my first visa application (September), they sent me the wrong form, and I had to spend 4+ hours at VFS fixing their mistake. I paid again after they promised to handle the second application properly, but they then delayed my paperwork for over 3 weeks and admitted it wasn’t sent because the staff member “left.” They only sent my documents the night before my VFS appointment. Worst of all, after I submitted at VFS, they cancelled my flight booking without telling me, and my application was then cancelled due to invalid travel information. They gave no clear explanation and refused to provide proof of when the ticket was cancelled. I lost time, money, and went through huge stress because of their unprofessional service.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The ticket booking was handled flawlessly, and everything went smoothly without any stress. Special thanks to Mazhar for his outstanding support—he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend it to others.

I used this company for a bespoke Umrah package as we did not travel with a group. Touseef Ahmed was exceptional, arranging our flights, visas, hotels and bespoke travel according to our own itinery and specific needs. His advice was second to none, he knew I recently had surgery and had mobility issues and always advised what was best and if something was going to be too much for me, re-arranging things to suit. Unfortunately due to our flight taking off late and then a short connection, our luggage arrived late in Madinah. However Touseef was always on hand monitoring the issue offering to arrange drivers to collect our luggage. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Executive Suite in Pullman Zamzam, Madinah and Address Jabal Omar in Makkah. Both were exceptional. We also specifically wanted English speaking shia drivers and spiritual guide and Touseef worked very hard to achieve all of this, resulting in a seamless personalised trip. Arranging everything rigidly before you actually get there does not take account your tiredness levels after performing Umrah and Touseef very kindly re-arranged timings of outside ziyarah to suit without complaint. The drivers and guide were also exceptional and really looked after us, even took us out for lunch. We made a lot of friends and contacts there. After falling very ill on our return, as we went during high season in December, Touseef was always checking up on how I was feeling even after returning. A very good experience overall, I would definitely travel with them again.

Daniel is the best person to help with a visa application from start to finish. His polite and professional manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and the excellent support provided by his company throughout the journey until I received my visa.

Daniel clearly explained all the available options, handled everything efficiently, and did a great job ensuring the visa was granted on time. I am very happy with the service and highly satisfied with the outcome.
